I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The highlighting factor of our stay was definitely Kimberly. She was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was kept immaculately clean every single day thanks to her meticulous care. Whenever we had questions, she kindly explained everything in detail. Service like hers is hard to find! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent stay! The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary noodles, drinks, and snacks. The birthday cake and room decoration were a wonderful surprise and made our celebration extra special. Thank you for the great hospitality. Highly recommended! 😊

Our two night stay was exceptional. The room was beautiful and the staff were warm and friendly. They were genuinely concerned for our well being. When the concierge saw us taking a selfie she took our photo then offered to provide us with a copy (which we received later that day along with a handwritten note and gift). The breakfast buffet was superb and the staff were so kind. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Love the suites with floor to ceiling window which brings in lots of daylight. The indoor pool and gym was impressive. Family oriented hotel at one end of Cotai strip but yet within walking distance to all other hotels and mall. The best part are the service rendered by Ms Yoyo from check in to escorting us up and did a comprehensive orientation of the room. She was professional but yet friendly. Special shout out to Ms Crystal who attended to us at Gals and Carlo who continued checking on us to ensure we got our rooms n luggages are immediately delivered to us. Our stay are made enjoyable by the team who extended exceptionally hospitality services. You have impressed us and will be back for sure!

Our stay recently at Studio City Star tower were satisfied, from check in to check out everything so smooth. Room were spotless clean and so spacious well maintened, hotel very generous to set up the room for my wife birthday even already passed for a day. The hospitality was outstanding, they even send us complimentary cake and plate of fruits which added a layer of warmth to the experience. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back.

This hotel is great for families. We brought our 2 year old son here and had a great time. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel itself is immaculate with so many different facilities for guests. We really liked the wide variety of restaurants with very reasonable prices. The hotel staff were also very friendly. Everything went smoothly, will definitely stay here again next time we are in Macau

We stayed at the hotel for one night and really loved it. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was big, soft, and super cozy.We also had a beautiful view, which made the stay even better. We were pleasantly surprised by all the little extras in the room things like shower caps, hair ties, toothpaste, bottled water, and snacks. Everything was included in the price, which was really convenient, and the quality was great.Overall, we were very happy with our stay and felt really comfortable. We would definitely come back again and stay here in the future.
