This was a "getaway" stay cation. Very nice to have a 20th floor suite with a view assigned to us. Very good access to Glorietta Mall. It did still seem like a bit of a small suite for a high end hotel, but perhaps that was because the CR is separated from the bedroom by a hall near the front door.I liked the water dispenser I'm place of a couple of paltry 300 ml water bottles. Coffee machine was abit finicky, and supplies of coffee thrifty, however.We did not take breakfast buffet here because of the high price (+1000 p each).Overall, just great!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ascott Makati, staying for about a month, and I can honestly say the experience felt like a home away from home. A special thank you to Jim, Ashly, Cristian, Lorenz, Charlene, Angela, Miggy and Ojie for their outstanding service and hospitality. Every one of them went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed me most was the service across the entire property. From IT support and maintenance to guest services, the restaurant team, housekeeping, security, and everyone else I interacted with the staff were consistently friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. I unfortunately don't remember everyone's names, but I want to acknowledge the entire team because everyone played a part in making my month-long stay so pleasant. I also want to give a special shout-out to the security team. They always made me feel safe, welcomed, and well taken care of. At times, they honestly made me feel almost like a VIP! Their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly attitude really added to the overall experience. It’s not easy staying somewhere for a full month, but the wonderful staff at Ascott Makati made it feel comfortable, welcoming, and truly like home. Their attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out. Thank you to the entire Ascott Makati team for making my stay such a memorable one. I would absolutely recommend Ascott Makati and would be very happy to stay here again!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed here for one night and I was pretty disappointed. Staff, location and main areas are 5 star but the quality of the room wasn't. I've not had a bathroom of such bad quality in years (struggling to remember how long). Never in a 5 star hotel that's for sure. This was supposedly a suite so was expecting something way better that the room provided. No shower cubicle and the hand held (not from ceiling) had a bath curtain with half missing rungs, broken and chipped tiles. The doorway had loose bits of concrete on the floor, carpet with paint maeks around the woodwork, router just left under the table hanging onto the floor. The ac kept spitting out black stuff which was marking the bedding. The bedroom was nice and comfortable beds but the bathroom was shocking for a 5 star hotel. When booking a suite it's normal to have a sitting area along with the sleeping area, this was simple a bedroom with separate bathroom. Thankfully I was only staying one night to catch my flight next day or I would have moved rooms or hotel. I was debating if the rooms were actually 2 star as the bed was comfortable but this quality is not 5 star accommodation. I stayed at the Fairmont just a few weeks ago and the quality was absolutely fantastic, full 5 star for around 30 usd a night more. @David tried to send you email yesterday but message got returned, sent to front office as that was listed as a way to contact you.

Location is fantastic. Can’t say anything bad about it. Atmosphere was relaxing and calm. The 3 bd suite was very comfortable as a family and happy that we had a washing machine! Small kitchen great to have. Value of money is great with what is offered, coupled with a friendly and positive customer service by all the staff encountered, including the restaurant next to the pool. Despite this being an older hotel, it was very clean, even the bathrooms!

I recently booked a massage at Ascott and had a very pleasant experience. The therapist was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the session. She made sure I was comfortable and adjusted the pressure according to my preference, which helped me relax and relieve a lot of tension. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. What stood out most was the genuine care and dedication shown during the treatment. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and professional massage experience. Thank you for the excellent service!

The location of Ascott Makati was excellent, about half an hour ride from the airport even with traffic, and near several major shopping malls that are all connected to each other. The service apartments were very spacious and well equipped. Given the size, it was great value for money. Although the apartment was showing its age, it was quite clean. The most beautiful thing about the apartment was that it had a kitchen (could get food from nearby supermarkets). There was also a washer/dryer for those who would stay for a while. The service was impeccable and super friendly. Highly recommended.

Service is 15min to 30min to 1 hr sometimes.. (this is about ordering food or drinks at the room, and also new towels and putting out trash). If you wanted to buy food and drinks, just buy at the restaurant at the 6th floor, it's much faster I think.. But overall is a blast to stay, there is a gym, and the pool, and limited breakfast buffet but it's good enough, they have salad, Pinoy rice and meals, sausages, dessert, eggs, omelette (just order the chef or the waiter), no ice cream, ube champorado someday then chocolate the next day. We stayed for 2 nights.

I stay here every time I come to Manila. Rooms are amazing! I play basketball and I go to the gym, so having both in this hotel is awesome for me! Service is outstanding. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Location is the best because it is connected to Glorietta mall. 10/10 hotel.
