Our stay at Fairmont Makati was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel truly delivers world-class service, and what made our experience even more memorable was the outstanding hospitality of Dominic and Eldrin from the Concierge/bell desk team, as well as John from Spectrum. They were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and every interaction reflected genuine care and professionalism. We enjoyed our stay so much that we had to return one more time before our flight home. Thank you to the entire Fairmont Makati team for making our stay so special. We can't wait to return!

I recently stayed at Fairmont Makati and had another great experience. What really stood out to me was how the team remembered me from my last stay in October 2025. It's a small gesture, but it made me feel genuinely welcomed back. They even reminded me about the complimentary buffet lunch/dinner for two that had been offered during my previous stay, which I honestly appreciated. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, when I got to my room, I noticed a strong carpet smell that triggered my allergies and had me sneezing almost immediately. I went down to speak with the staff, and this is where Fairmont's service truly shined. They were understanding, patient, and eager to help. Instead of just assigning another room, they accompanied me to check a few rooms to make sure I would be comfortable and that the smell wouldn't trigger my allergies again. A special thanks to the duty manager (sorry i forgot his name), who went above and beyond to assist me. He was incredibly kind and proactive throughout the process, and even arranged for an air purifier to be placed in my room. His genuine concern for my comfort made a big difference and turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. The food was excellent as always, and the service from everyone I encountered was warm, professional, and attentive. To top it all off, the hotel accommodated a 6:00 PM late check-out, which gave me extra time to relax and enjoy my stay before traveling back home. What I appreciate most about Fairmont Makati is that they don't just provide good service, they make you feel valued as a guest. The way they handled my allergy concern and the personal touches throughout my stay are the reasons I'll happily return. Looking forward to my next visit.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with this hotel. The staff in the lobby and at the reception are welcoming, professional, and clearly very well trained. Janine checked us in, she was outstanding and was very proactive in ensuring our stay was tailored to our wishes. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and we were given a corner room with beautiful morning sun light. The rooms are spotless and we loved the turndown service. The bathroom was luxurious and with an excellent shower and Le Labo toiletries. The staff at the lobby bar and at breakfast were all equally friendly and customer focused. We are still here enjoying our time, the pool is large and there are plenty of sun loungers. We We ordered a few cocktails made by the lovely pool bar staff, very relaxing. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Last year we stayed at a different hotel just a few minutes drive from here, but Fairmont Makati is definitely our new favourite!

Stayed at Fairmont Makati for a recent business trip and had a very smooth and comfortable experience overall. The hotel is located in a prime area of Makati, right in the central business district and within walking distance of major malls, restaurants, and offices, which made it extremely convenient for work travel and client meetings.Check-in was efficient and professional, and the staff throughout the stay were consistently polite and attentive. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials for business travelers, including a comfortable work desk and reliable housekeeping. The bed was especially comfortable, which helped after long working days.Wi-Fi is generally stable and suitable for work, though in some areas it can feel slightly inconsistent during peak hours. The hotel also offers strong business facilities, including meeting rooms and easy access to transport services like Grab, which made commuting around Makati and to the airport very convenient.Breakfast offered a good variety, and the dining options within the hotel are solid for both quick meals and more formal business dinners. The lobby and common areas have a calm, professional atmosphere that suits corporate travel well.Overall, Fairmont Makati is a strong choice for business stays in Manila due to its location, service quality, and comfort, even if pricing is on the higher side compared to other nearby options.Would definitely consider staying again for future business trips.

I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at Fairmont Makati. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They remembered my name, anticipated what I needed, and consistently went the extra mile to make me feel like I was the only guest in the hotel. They helped make my anniversary a complete success and exceeded every expectation. I have stayed at Okada, Nüwa, and Sky Tower, and nothing compared to the level of service I received at Fairmont. A special thank you to Trish at the concierge. She is an absolute delight and truly worth her weight in gold. She helped make an already great stay unforgettable.

Over-all very pleasant experience. Great room, great friendly service from all staff, very clean and pleasant smelling. Everyone was very helpful and smiling all the time. The only negative I can think of is that there was no welcome gift or amenity or recognition as an Accor Gold member. The cafe/lobby restaurant also gets very overwhelmed - I only visited once, but there was a very long waiting time for food/drinks and coffee, which is subpar for a 5 star hotel.

Our 2-day stay at Fairmont Makati was a wonderful and memorable experience. From the reservation process to check-out, we consistently received warm, professional, and attentive service. The booking was handled efficiently, our check-in was seamless, and the recommendation to upgrade to Fairmont Gold was definitely worth it. The Fairmont Gold Lounge and its exclusive benefits exceeded our expectations and added great value to our stay. We also had an excellent dining experience at Spectrum, where the staff went the extra mile to accommodate our lunch reservation, allowing us to enjoy a family meal before checking out. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. The only areas for improvement were a towel that had an unpleasant odor despite appearing clean, and the bathroom amenities, as only two toothbrushes were provided even though our reservation was for three guests. These were minor issues that slightly affected an otherwise outstanding experience. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would rate it 9/10. We look forward to returning to Fairmont Makati and experiencing its exceptional hospitality again.

Just had an amazing stay at Fairmont Makati definitely one of the best in the city. Rooms were spot on: spacious, super clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed alone was hard to leave. Everything felt polished and well thought out, from the layout to the little details. Food was a highlight too the breakfast spread had great variety and quality. Fresh, flavorful, and consistently good every morning. Service is where they really shine. The team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Big shoutout to Sam, the Guest Experience Manager, who made sure everything ran smoothly and added that personal touch. I also had the chance to meet the hotel manager Mr Fergus at the Gold Lounge, which made the experience feel even more personalized and premium. All in all great rooms, great food, and even better service. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back.
