I had an amazing time at the best hotel in Manila! Kai, Pauline, our butler JP, and all the other staff were so attentive, polite, and professional. We especially loved the restaurant and the complimentary food and drinks. The rooms were clean, spacious, and we were thrilled with the turndown service! The location is fantastic, right next to Landmark, Glorietta, and Greenbelt (there’s also an underground passage that connects to the Landmark mall). I definitely want to come back!

This was a very enjoyable stay overall and one of the things that stood out immediately was the consistently high level of service. The hotel has a warm and refined atmosphere, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and a great place to relax after a busy day. We also really enjoyed the pool facilities, which provided a peaceful space to unwind during our stay. Having the malls directly across the road was another huge advantage and made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. We would especially like to thank Micko and Patricia for their outstanding service and care throughout our stay. They were attentive, friendly and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. Their professionalism and kindness made a real difference and helped turn a great stay into a memorable one.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed and has a refined atmosphere, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool after busy days in the city. The pool area had a calm and peaceful feel and became one of our favorite spots in the hotel. Every area felt clean and well cared for. We also appreciated how smooth and organized everything was throughout the stay.

Having stayed at numerous 5-star hotels across Manila, I can confidently say that Raffles Makati stands head and shoulders above the rest. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my every need with genuine warmth and efficiency. The rooms are remarkably spacious, immaculate, and maintained to the highest standard. Their breakfast buffet is exceptional with a fantastic selection of delicious food, and you really can’t beat the prime location in the heart of Makati. If you are looking for top-tier service and luxury in Manila, Raffles is unmatched. I will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful stay at Raffles Makati. The rooms are beautifully spacious and comfortable, and the warmth of the interiors really makes you feel at home. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and I particularly loved the layout of the bathroom being accessed through the walk-in robe — it gives you that extra sense of privacy and means you’re not disturbed.|But the absolute highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from the staff.|A very special mention to Eri and Bryant from Concierge. They were both incredibly thoughtful, kind and helpful throughout our stay. Their recommendations were impeccable — even down to helping us arrange an appointment with an ENT when we needed one. Eri went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and took such care in helping us celebrate our special occasion. Those thoughtful touches meant so much to our family.|Our butler, Marcel, was also fantastic. He was attentive, warm and incredibly helpful, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Nothing we asked of him ever seemed too difficult. I unfortunately don’t remember the name of our other butler, but he was equally helpful, courteous and prompt, and we really appreciated his service as well.|We also loved our visits to Writers Bar, where Marianne, Erica and Pauline always welcomed us with a smile. Their service was consistently warm and attentive, and once again, nothing ever seemed too much trouble. They made us feel genuinely looked after every time we visited. They even kindly gifted our teenagers some tea bags to take home as a little souvenir — such a thoughtful gesture that went far beyond what we expected.|The bell team were also so welcoming and friendly, and the team at Mireio made breakfast such a lovely experience with their warm and attentive service.|What really stood out to us was that it wasn’t just the beautiful hotel or the comfortable rooms — it was the genuine care and little personal touches from the people who looked after us. The staff consistently made us feel welcomed, valued and cared for, and that is what made our stay so memorable.|We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we can’t wait to come back to Raffles Makati again. I stayed at Raffles Makati for three days with my sister and brother-in-law (who had their own room), and it was truly a memorable experience. The room itself exceeded expectations — high ceilings, a proper separate study area, a receiving/living space, a huge walk-in closet, and a generously sized bathroom. It felt more like a residence than a hotel room. Every detail, from the furnishings to the lighting, was thoughtfully done and immaculately clean. Breakfast was a highlight — the spread had something for everyone, with Chinese, Indian, and Filipino options, plus a dedicated healthy section. It was nice to have that much variety every morning without ever feeling repetitive. Special mention to Brylle at the Concierge, who helped us pick our very first dining experience outside the hotel — and that was just one of the many great recommendations he gave us throughout our stay. His suggestions made exploring Makati so much easier and more enjoyable. It rained for almost the entire day on a couple of days during our stay, and the hotel's underground access to Landmark Mall was a lifesaver. Combined with the umbrellas provided in the room, we were still able to get around Makati comfortably despite the weather. The service throughout our stay was excellent overall — the staff were consistently friendly, warm, and attentive without being intrusive, the kind of genuine hospitality that makes a stay feel special. Overall, a beautiful hotel with outstanding service — highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable stay in Makati. We'll definitely be back.

The staff at Raffles Makati never fail to impress us with their genuine enthusiasm and dedication. They consistently provide personalized service and deliver it with efficiency and a smile. The team of butlers is without a doubt, the best of the best. JP, Marco, Isah, Uno, and Marcelo were so helpful and always anticipated our needs, sometimes even before we realized them. A heartfelt thank you to JP, Isah, John, and Marco for the thoughtful presentation to help us celebrate our anniversary. You made our day with your wonderful gift. I may not know the names of everyone at Raffles but everyone deserves mention from the arrival to the departure. The front desk staff is always ready for our arrival. Housekeeping always maintains the room to the highest standards. The concierge team is always there to assist with our needs. The staff greeting at the doors and assisting with luggage always offer the most welcoming smile and assistance. Food services staff provide excellent food options and delivery. They say “it takes a village…” and this team at Raffles is very cohesive, attentive, and amazing. This is why we routinely make Raffles Makati as our hotel choice.
