Booked this hotel for 2 nights since I’ll do intramuros tour. Don’t waste your time and money here. Really bad service. And housekeeping is probably the worst there is. 1. The ref that they have leaks water. This is something that they should fix. So had to block leak with floor towel. And had to ask multiple times for the towel. 2. Booked for 2 but surprised me when only 1 breakfast is included. Then they try to up charge you for another breakfast. So got really turned off and just opted to skip breakfast. Greedy is the only word I can think of. 3. They cleaned our room, but it was done half assed. Didn’t vacuum, still saw hair on bed. Used glasses were not replaced. Just disgusting. 4. Hot water is not hot. Called housekeeping and they told me to just wait, called again they said engineer will go up. 1 hour later and no one ever came. Just useless service. 5. Asked for ice, got charged 50 pesos gor a really cute metal bucket In summary - I think these kinds of hotels are designed for foreigners, because the staff and service will be up to par, as observed with other guests. So if you’re Filipino - go with another hotel

We were very disappointed with our stay. This is the only hotel we’ve ever stayed at where guests were expected to push the luggage trolley themselves from the front desk all the way to the 3rd floor. We had to push the cart ourselves multiple times during both check-in and check-out, and not a single staff member offered to help us. This level of service was far below our expectations. To make matters worse, we were traveling with a senior citizen, yet we were assigned a room on the top floor at the very end of the hallway. Considering the circumstances, we expected the hotel to be more considerate in assigning a room that was easier to access, especially for elderly guests. Additionally, it has now been three days since we checked out, and our ₱2,000 security deposit still hasn’t been refunded. Upon check-out, we were informed that our room had already been cleared, yet our deposit is still being withheld. We have also tried calling the hotel several times to follow up, but no one answers the phone. The lack of communication and the delay in processing the refund are extremely frustrating and reflect a very inefficient process. Overall, the lack of assistance from the staff, the inconsiderate room assignment for a senior guest, the poor communication, and the unnecessary delay in returning our deposit left us with a very poor impression of the hotel. Until now hindi pa nababalik kahit sabi nong checkout, cleared na ang room. We hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

I love this hotel. The room was quiet, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were very accommodating throughout our stay. However, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the spa staff members. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he came across as intimidating and rude. When I asked about the massage rates, he responded sarcastically and implied that the services were expensive, making me feel as though he assumed I could not afford them. Because of that experience, I decided to book a massage therapist from outside the hotel instead. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet. I believe there is room for improvement in both the food quality and preparation. Some of the food did not seem as fresh as expected, and the selection did not meet the standards I anticipated. I hope the hotel can improve the breakfast offerings, as well as the quality of the dishes being served. Despite these concerns, our overall stay was very pleasant. The comfortable room, peaceful atmosphere, and accommodating staff made our 5-day stay a wonderful experience. I would still consider staying here again and hope to see improvements in the areas mentioned above.

We love the location. The rooms are nice. We were upgraded. But I hope they did not upgrade me. The rooms in my wing is too noisy because of the events place at level3. Too much vibration. The management should be strict when it comes to timing. It should be 10pm only. No more extension. The guests are affected. I also paid for my room. Which by the way is 2 nights. I wanna rest for my flight the next day, but for 2 nights. I slept with lots of noise and I wake up with noise. Too much vibration in the room. So if u want a pretty hotel but noisy due to events dont choose this. I was offered to shift to a new room at midnight. I was like? Duh! It costs my rest and sleep. Sorry but I wont be back.

Place was good for its value. Was planning to stay there in subsequent visits to Manila until the bad experience at check out. Female staff at the reception asked to wait while room check was done. I waited for 32 minutes and when I followed up with another receptionist, check out was swift in less than 2 minutes. Hopefully management can reach out and explain how it took that long to check out.

This was our first night in the Philippines for our Honeymoon before heading to Clark International Airport for a flight to Coron. Based on reviews and photos, it wasn't 100% what we expected, but it worked fine for a quick one-night stopover. The Cons: The Room: Very basic and not what we booked on Expedia (we paid for a clear sea view, but it was obstructed). On-site Amenities: We were unable to book massages at the hotel. The Pros: The Pool: By far the highlight of the hotel, featuring a gorgeous view overlooking the bay. Location & Security: Great location for a morning commute to Clark, and excellent security keeping non-guests out. Breakfast: Included with the stay—nothing fancy, but fine with a decent variety. Nearby Spa: Since the hotel spa was unavailable, we walked down the road to Hotel H2O for Swedish massages, which were excellent.

I had a very pleasant stay at Rizal Park Hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, right next to Rizal Park and very close to Intramuros, which made it easy to explore the area. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of character. While the rooms feel a little dated, they were still comfortable and offered great value for the price. The staff were especially friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I also really enjoyed the outdoor pool, it has lovely sea and city views and was a great place to relax. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of options to choose from each morning. Overall, a charming hotel in an excellent location with warm service and great amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the bedroom! The king-size bed was super comfortable and the linen felt so clean and fresh, the best we've experienced in our 2 months in the Philippines. The shower also very good with lots of power from the rain shower and great temperature. There's 2 restaurants on site, one is Chinese, the other is buffet and al la carte. Prices were a little expensive for the Philippines, and due to our activities we never got to eat in either, so cannot comment. The hotel is next to the US Embassy with great views over the water from the roof top pool and gymnasium, which has good equipment, music, TV, Saun and Steam room. Easy walking to Robinson shopping mall and site seeing enroute. The staff were also very good, especially the Jenna at the gymnasium who totally went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and understand all the facilities. Also, the security guard and concierge who always had a super smiles and provided a nice welcome.
