We really love Super Hotel! + this super hotel included free healthy breakfast (Ginza one no breakfast but have free coffee, etc)+ free water and other drinks. Unlimited+ comfortable pillow. I almost want to buy their pillow! But only can buy online.+ good service+ near station- room very small but bed is comfortable for 3 of us. Big bed.

We stayed here in May 2025 for 2 nights after Kamikochi. I have stayed in a number of Dormy Inn hotels including the premiere range. It’s always clean, functional and the plus is that there is onsen. The bed is comfortable. |The breakfast has wide varieties and live up to its standard.|However, this time it was somewhat overcrowding. This is the only minus point for us.

They were incredibly professional, attentive, and helpful in assisting me with my request. Their kindness and dedication truly made my experience here even better. Thank you so much for the outstanding hospitality!

Very nice hotel that offers a lot for the money. The room was clean and comfortable. They offer pillows if you do not like the traditional one they have in the room.

Great hotel experience. Staff was very friendly! Was nice having an onsen in the building, as well as included tasty breakfast. The room was a bit on the smaller side, and I couldn't figure out if there were temperature controls in the room, but the bunk bed was nice to store luggage up top. Everything in town is walkable, including the castle. Would stay again!

Great location. Helpful, welcoming staff. Good amenities. Rooms a little smaller then other similar budget hotels but comfortable. Breakfast basic but good. Complimentary wine, sake and other drinks in evening is a nice touch.
