Everything was spectacular from the minute I handed my keys over to valet, to check in and check out! The front desk acknowledged my membership and upgraded the room with amazing views. It was fabulous! The Club Level was perfect and servers were very accommodating. Thank you for a fabulous weekend stay! I look forward to my next visit.

My stay did not start off positively, as after a long wait for my room to be ready I was put into a room with dirty bedding and an under-functioning A/C unit. However, the service I received after raising the issue was great. The staff immediately apologized and switched my room, even offering me a credit at the hotel restaurant as an apology. My new room had none of the same issues. Do be aware that if you have a connecting room with an inside door to the room next door, you'll be able to hear pretty much everything your neighbor does. In my first room (see above), I could hear my neighbors shouting and making a commotion -- this would certainly have been a major issue if it continued at night. Thankfully, the room I was moved to had a quiet neighbor, but just be aware of this potential problem, especially if you're a light sleeper or plan to turn in early. This is a massive property - great for conferences or events. The sky lawn area is a cool idea and a fun place to hang out. The lobby bar at Toro Toro was great too, the drinks were well-made but pricey if you're not on a corporate tab. Overall, the location and bay views are hard to beat. If cleanliness and the connecting room noise issues could be addressed, this would easily be a 5-star option.

Superb hotel. All of the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. The guy on reception took pity on us after our 4 hour flight delay and gave us 4 free drinks tokens ( my husband is a diamond elite member). The bar is great and not overpriced for a 5 star hotel. Well worth paying extra for the club room. The breakfast , cocktail hour was magnificent. And saved us a fortune. Pool was excellent as was the gym. This will be our go to hotel in Miami

Stayed with my husband and it was exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, the staff provided service with a smile. The king room with the ocean view was the best. The bed was VERY comfortable and the bathroom was top notch. The location was within walking distance of many restaurants and entertainment. I would definitely stay here again.

We love staying here the night before a cruise! The rooms are clean and odor free! I've stayed in many hotels where the room smell was awful. The linens are comfy and the pillows are great! It is literally within walking distance of a great pizza place, a CVS, and, of course, Bayside, a must see. There is a dog park right out front of the hotel and a fountain that is gorgeous! We like staying in the room with a view of the bay. We can see the ship and the cruisers enjoying the fine waters. Highly recommend. A little pricey but if you can swing it, I would go for it!

One of the best hotels in Downtown. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel offers a great balance of quality, comfort, and value. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, it’s an outstanding choice. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return on my next visit.

I’m having a wonderful stay at this beautiful and conveniently located hotel. Overall the service has been world class. Nicholos De-Pinto and Ousmane were extraordinary! I felt genuinely welcomed and they went above and beyond in their service and warm professionalism with every request of them. Regrettably, I can not say the same about one front desk person who will go unnamed - he was the exception to my experience.

Stayed here before a cruise due to proximity and IHG member. I expect more out of IHG top tier hotel. Mattress had seen better days, dilapidated and so uncomfortable. One robe for 2 people, bedside phone charger not working, but the room was spacious and good temp. Gym is decent. The Toro Toro restaurant was not good. The margarita tasted like sugar water, literally tasteless. Guacamole was served with fried Plantains( not stated on the menu), the chicken wings were not crispy as titled on the menu very dry and tasted like the bbq sauce only. The only store open to get water and snacks was affiliated with the hotel so no room charges there, water $8. They do have refillable water stations but you need your own water bottle. If this was a Holiday inn express then maybe I’d expect less than but this is suppose to be IHG’s best, but fell very short. I don’t suggest this hotel for its price.
