Trip.com· 4 months agoBeautiful hotel . Had a comfortable stay. The staff were very pleasant and polite, especially in the dining area. Dami, aparna, kriti,amarpreet and the team were always courteous and provided excellent service.However the room amenities weren't renewed everyday. breakfast spread was alright. Could have been more diverse

Google· 2 months agoWe had a great family staycation at Hilton Mumbai while celebrating our baby's birthday. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and beautiful ambience throughout our stay. A special thank you to Pawandeep at the Front Desk for arranging the beautiful birthday decorations, cake, and also for making our checkout seamless. She went above and beyond to make our celebration truly memorable. We'd also like to thank Amarpreet, Gita and Bunny at The Brasserie for their warm, attentive service during breakfast. Our lunch was another highlight, with a delicious cake and live music that made the occasion even more special. Thank you to the entire Hilton Mumbai team for creating such wonderful memories for our family. We look forward to coming back again.

The location is extremely convenient, especially for those traveling through the international airport. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with elegant interiors. The bed was very comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The food quality was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options in the breakfast buffet. The ambience of the hotel, especially the lobby and pool area, gives a royal and relaxing vibe. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai. Looking forward to staying here again!

Every staff member, from the reception team to the restaurant staff and room service, was warm, courteous, attentive, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. A special mention for the overall service and a heartfelt thank you to Aman for his exceptional hospitality and assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast spread deserves special recognition. It was exceptional and easily one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had during my hotel stays in India. The variety, quality, and presentation were truly impressive. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Google· 2 weeks agoDuring our recent visit to Mumbai, we stayed at Hilton Mumbai International Airport, and Wonderfully experience The overall service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. 😋 If you’re staying here, I highly recommend trying the Keema with bread for breakfast — it was incredibly tasty! A special mention to the restaurant staff, who were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The service was outstanding, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for the great food, warm hospitality, and excellent service! ❤️ Love from Colombo

Google· a month agoReally nice hotel and very convenient for the airport. The hotel was clean, well maintained and the staff were very welcoming throughout my stay. A special thank you to Maina, who was really helpful in sorting out my issues, and Wesley, who kindly helped me with my baggage. Both were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. One small issue I experienced was with the quality of the milk provided in the room, which could perhaps be improved. However, the staff were helpful and did their best to assist. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for somewhere close to the airport.

Google· a month agoWe had an amazing breakfast experience! A special thank you to Aman and his entire team for treating us so warmly and making us feel truly welcome. The service was excellent, everyone was friendly and attentive, and they made sure we were comfortable throughout our breakfast. The food was delicious, fresh, and very well served. Aman and his team went above and beyond with their hospitality. Their kindness and attention made our morning even more special. Highly recommended, and a big thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience!
