Had a great experience at the gym! The machines are modern and use the latest technology. A special mention to Ravi, the gym trainer, who was amazing. He patiently showed me how to use the machines. He was also very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout. The sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were also excellent and added a great touch to the overall experience, especially for relaxing after a workout. Overall, a great gym with excellent equipment and staff!

We had an amazing stay at Sofitel Mumbai BKC for our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional and every request was handled with genuine care and professionalism. A special thank you to Siddhika and Manasvi from the Guest Relations team. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary truly memorable. They beautifully decorated our room, surprised us with a delicious anniversary cake, personalized gifts, and lovely fridge magnets. Every detail was thoughtfully planned. What touched us the most was when my wife suddenly fell sick during our stay. The team immediately helped arrange medicine and showed genuine concern for her well-being. That level of care is something we truly appreciate and will never forget. The room, service, food, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Sofitel Mumbai BKC delivered true luxury hospitality, not just through its facilities but through its wonderful people. Thank you once again to Siddhika, Manasvi, and the entire Sofitel team for making our wedding anniversary so special. We look forward to staying here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai.

The staff were exceptionally attentive throughout my stay. Chaitanya from room service was especially kind and thoughtful. He noticed that I wasn’t feeling well and, without me even asking, offered to prepare a hot beverage to help me feel better. What impressed me even more was that he politely refused a tip. His genuine care and professionalism made a lasting impression and truly elevated my experience.

I had a truly exceptional stay at the Sofitel Mumbai BKC. From beginning to end, I felt genuinely cared for by the incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive staff. There is a warmth to the service here that goes well beyond simply being professional, and it made the hotel feel like a home away from home during my time in Mumbai. The hotel itself had everything I could have wanted. It was impeccably clean, comfortable, and secure, and the food throughout the hotel was delicious. I especially loved the lounge on the 14th floor, both for breakfast and for happy hour. The local Indian cuisine options were outstanding and were among the highlights of my stay. I also took advantage of the spa services three times and had wonderful experiences each time. The laundry service was excellent, and the hotel's airport transfer service was seamless. Every detail seemed to be handled with care. Most of all, though, I want to recognize the people. The entire lounge staff deserves special praise. Unfortunately, I did not catch everyone's name, but each person I encountered was gracious, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I would particularly like to recognize Ritesh Jha for his professionalism and exceptional attention throughout my stay. It is rare for me to finish a hotel stay with genuinely no constructive criticism, but everything here was wonderful. I would happily stay at the Sofitel Mumbai BKC again and recommend it without hesitation. My sincere thanks to the entire team for making my time in Mumbai so memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at Sofitel and was especially impressed by the breakfast experience. The food selection was excellent, with a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and well presented. A special mention to Archana, Bhavesh, and Poorva for their warm hospitality and attentive service during breakfast. They were courteous, proactive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Their friendly attitude really made the breakfast experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and the excellent service from the breakfast team was one of the highlights.

I had a really great experience here for dinner. I have a severe gluten allergy, so eating out can sometimes be stressful, but the team was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They brought in Chef Sandeep, who took the time to understand my allergy and was very careful to make sure everything I ate was safe. I really appreciated the extra effort and care. It made the whole dinner feel relaxed and enjoyable, and the food was fantastic too. Rakesh, the sushi chef, and Pankaj, my server, were also wonderful and made me feel very well taken care of. A big thank you to the whole team, for making the evening such an enjoyable experience.

We were early from Delhi and super tired the check-in lady helped us with a discounted lunch buffet. As are flights were odd times we were super tired and and requested the Pondicherry Cafe staff if we could have tea after lunch as our room was still awaited, ‘Sanch’ our hostess helped and fellow hostess “Archana” made the best tea that both my mum and I enjoyed - I will go on a limb and say it was the best tea in the world and refreshing to boost us after the long journey. At the breakfast buffet Priyanka took exceptional care of my mum who is diabetic and even packed for her to ear on the road! Kudos and thanks Sanch, Priyanka and Archana Ji !
