Hotel team are very courteous and helpful! Went to Maya for dinner - outstanding Indian food! Compliments to the chef - guaranteed the BEST PANEER TIKKA ever had! Huge shoutout to Aryan whose recommendations, amiable personality and really cheerful nature made the dinner even more enjoyable! I would rate this restaurant and especially Aryan and his team a solid 10/10! A genuine reason to return to Mumbai just for a dinner experience at Maya!

Excellent hotel. Great service. I love to stay in this hotel with my family and every time I have official work in and around BKC I make sure I book my room at Trident BKC as a member I get good deals and great service. Very clean and well maintained facilities. Very convenient hotel for those seeking US Visa . Staff is very polite and friendly. Very safe place to stay. Value for money

The Trident Hotel in Mumbai delivers exceptional, five-star service across every team. Check-in staff are welcoming and efficient, restaurant staff attentive and friendly, and housekeeping meticulous and professional - i love the mangoes they put in the room daily. The property is beautiful, but the consistently high-quality, genuine care from all departments makes the stay truly stand out. Highly recommended for a stress-free, luxurious experience.

Absolutely — I’ve added the beautiful evening fountain lights view. Had another wonderful stay at Trident BKC, Mumbai, from 25–27 September, in Room 529. I have stayed at this hotel almost 15 times over the years, and it always feels like coming back to a familiar place. The service is consistently excellent, the hospitality is warm, and the view from my room was simply amazing. In the evening, the beautiful fountain lights at Jio World Centre right in front of my room made the view even more special. I also truly appreciated the room upgrade, which made the stay even more comfortable and memorable. Trident BKC continues to be one of my favourite hotels in Mumbai. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Stayed in the month of August and again in Sep 2026. I had an excellent stay at Trident Bandra Kurla and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and premium hotel experience in Mumbai. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was smooth and pleasant. The rooms were spacious, clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making the stay feel like a home away from home. The housekeeping team was attentive and ensured that everything was kept in excellent condition throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. Every request was handled promptly and courteously, and the staff consistently went the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. The service was efficient without ever feeling impersonal. The dining experience was also excellent, with good variety and quality. The team was particularly accommodating with my vegetarian preferences, which I greatly appreciated. The location in Bandra Kurla Complex is extremely convenient, especially for business travellers, while the overall ambience of the hotel provides a relaxing experience after a busy day. A special appreciation to the entire Trident BKC team for making my extended stay so comfortable and memorable. The combination of excellent hospitality, cleanliness, service, comfort, and attention to detail truly sets the hotel apart. Thank you, Trident BKC, for a wonderful stay. I look forward to staying with you again on my next visit to Mumbai!

Have stayed at Trident multiple times before, always have had a pleasant experience. This time something stood out that made it really worth mentioning. Before I left the hotel I went to one of their restaurants for lunch. After ten mins of placing the order, one of the waitress made the sweetest gesture. She bought a huge teddy bear, said he's James. James was feeling bored eating alone, so he's come to give me company, he won't bother me & will be very thankful if I shared my table with him 🥰 If I had been able to book another seat on the flight, I would have happily taken him home! 😂 Thank you Trident, it was a very sweet gesture. ♥️ Unfortunately google isn't allowing me to post a photo here on the review.

Staff attitude and impeccable service is 5star at the club floor. They made us very comfortable and catered to all our needs. Shout out to Sous chef Chaitanya. He and his team made us feel at home so much that we extended our stay twice. Had a great time.
