Our recent stay at the Taj Mahal Tower Mumbai was nothing short of exceptional. Having stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace four years ago, we already had high expectations, but once again, we were surrounded by warmth and impeccable hospitality.|The room was excellent, impeccably clean and the housekeeping staff was incredibly prompt. A special thank you to the team for the simple yet amazing birthday decorations they set up for my son—it made his day so special! |Another highlight was the mouth-watering food at Shamiana, complemented by excellent service from the staff. |The location is of course amazing , overlooking the Arabian Sea and the majestic site of the Gateway of India is awesome.|Overall, a flawless 10/10 experience….. Wah Taj !!!

A fabulous hotel with impeccable service. Staff are lovely and the hotel is stunning. Rooms are comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast is varied and delicious. You can order fresh masala dosa as well as eggs.The pool area is beautiful and I had a lovely morning swim. The water temperature was perfect.I only stayed for 1 night as this was a last-minute booking due to a cancelled flight; I'll definitely be returning to this hotel.

The True "Taj Experience" — A Memorable Family Stay The legendary "Taj Experience" began before we even stepped foot on the property for our October 2nd stay. We were traveling with our infant daughter, and guest relations executive Abeer proactively reached out to coordinate our arrival time and accommodate our specific needs. Upon arriving, she ensured our check-in was an absolute breeze. The hotel generously upgraded us to a magnificent Sea View Room, offering stunning vistas of the iconic Taj Mahal Palace, the Gateway of India, and the Arabian Sea. As requested, we were given a corner room for extra privacy with our baby. The team went above and beyond for our daughter’s special milestone, setting up a baby cot and surprising us with beautiful room decorations, fresh flowers, and a lovely cake. Throughout our short stay, the level of care was exceptional. The front desk, guest relations, and even the housekeeping manager checked in periodically to ensure we had everything we needed. The service was highly personalized and deeply caring, making the entire experience truly memorable. We dined at Shamiana for both dinner and breakfast. The restaurant staff exhibited the same warm, personal touch found throughout the hotel, which easily makes up for any minor shortcomings a dish might have. Though the menu was somewhat limited, every meal we had was incredibly flavorful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Taj Mahal Tower and are already looking forward to our next opportunity to return. Thank you to the entire Taj team for a spectacular stay!

Our stay at Taj Mahal Towers was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The service is truly world-class; the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and constantly went out of their way to check on us and make us feel special. ​The hotel’s location is unbeatable—situated right opposite the iconic Gateway of India, centrally located, and just a short distance from fantastic shopping spots. ​The room was exceptionally clean, neat, and offered a fantastic view. ​It came equipped with great basic amenities, including a tea/coffee kettle, a fully stocked mini-bar, and a constant, generous supply of complimentary bottled water. ​The waiters were always attentive, helpful, and ready to answer any questions at breakfast. ​A huge thank you to the chefs, who were incredibly accommodating and provided wonderful vegan options at breakfast. ​ The Wellness Spa: ​A serene, beautiful, and peaceful environment. We booked massages during our stay, and the experience was a flawless 10 out of 10. ​All in all, it was a fantastic stay. Thank you to the entire Taj Mahal Towers team for your amazing service and for making our trip so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel!

More Than a Hotel—A Truly Memorable Experience For many Indians, Taj is more than just a hotel—it's an experience. Staying at the Taj Mahal Tower had been on my bucket list for years, and it exceeded every expectation. Despite arriving early, I was checked in immediately without any unnecessary delays and welcomed warmly with a traditional Tulsi mala. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea and the Gateway of India make the stay truly unforgettable. The hospitality is exceptional—warm, attentive, and never intrusive. The food was excellent throughout my stay. Although I missed the recommended breakfast timing, the staff seamlessly accommodated me at another restaurant with an equally impressive spread, including freshly made avocado toast at the live counter. The location is unbeatable. For international visitors, you're within a 5–10 minute walk of Mumbai's best attractions, including Colaba Causeway for shopping, some of the city's finest cafés and restaurants, and the legendary Bademiyan for late-night kebabs. My only minor observation is that the shared entrance for the Palace and Tower wings can feel a bit crowded at times. But that's easy to overlook when you're staying at one of India's most iconic hotels. If you're looking for a stay that blends heritage, world-class hospitality, and an unforgettable location, Taj Mahal Tower is worth every penny.

The Taj Mahal Mumbai has an exceptional location, directly opposite the Gateway of India, one of the city’s most important landmarks. The hotel offers a beautiful view and a very comfortable atmosphere, with a variety of international dining options to suit different tastes. The Italian, Chinese, and Indian restaurants are all excellent and well executed. What impressed me most was the service. The staff are noticeably above the usual Indian hospitality standard, with genuine attention to guests and a strong willingness to solve problems quickly. A special thank you to Mayank Sood in the lobby for his quick and efficient problem-solving. In the restaurant, my thanks to Alaa, one of Syria’s finest chefs, for the delicious food and wonderful attention. And a special thank you to Suraj in the breakfast restaurant for his excellent service and for always paying attention to the smallest details. Overall, the combination of location, food, atmosphere, and especially the quality of service made my stay a memorable one.

Every staff member was warm, professional, and always ready to help, making the entire experience feel truly luxurious. The rooms were spacious, spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, ensuring a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable. Situated right next to the Gateway of India, it offers stunning views and easy access to some of Mumbai's best attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Overall, the Taj Mahal Tower delivers world-class hospitality, outstanding comfort, and a prime location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mumbai and would gladly stay here again.
