We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai. The staff service was exceptional, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The team was always checking if we needed anything or if housekeeping was required, which made us feel truly well looked after.The breakfast buffet staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and provide items we requested, even when they were not listed on the menu. Their goal was clearly to ensure that guests enjoy their meal and leave happy.A special mention goes to their unique Food Spa service, where hot water is provided for soaking the feet for relaxation. This service can be requested and is delivered to the room within around 20 minutes, which was a very thoughtful and relaxing experience.Thank you to the entire team for a memorable and pleasant stay.

Where do I begin? What style, what class, what an absolutely wonderful ambience! This hotel is truly extraordinary from start to finish. The service and friendliness on every level are second to none. Every member of staff was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming, making us feel incredibly special throughout our stay. We ate at the Loya Restaurant, and the food was absolutely amazing. The service was first class, with an explanation of all the spices sourced specifically by the chef who even came around personally to check that everything was okay — such a lovely touch and a real reflection of the care and attention to detail throughout the hotel. We also spent time at the pool bar, where once again the service was superb. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everyone was so friendly and attentive. Our room was fantastic — beautifully presented, comfortable and everything you could wish for. All in all, this is a truly top-class hotel. From the style and ambience to the food, rooms and, above all, the incredible staff, everything was simply outstanding. Breakfast in the Sea Lounge was also excellent and the musicians playing in the stairwell just added to the extraordinary ambience. Not to mention the nightly “lighting of the lamp” ceremony, which was quite captivating- a truly exceptional experience — we absolutely loved it and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

The moment you step inside, the vibe, elegance, and royal atmosphere make you feel something special. ✨ From the grand entrance to the reception, every corner has its own charm. And honestly, the washrooms are on another level! 😍 Everything reflects luxury, class, and attention to detail. It’s an experience that makes you appreciate the beauty of true hospitality. 👑💫 I’ve visited the Taj around 10 times, but this time was special because I visited with my wife, Poonam, and my son, Vir, for the first time. ❤️👨‍👩‍👦 We tried their tea, sandwiches, and pizza. ☕🥪🍕 But what made this visit truly memorable was the family experience. Vir was having so much fun! 🤗 He even said hello to some foreign visitors, who came over to interact with us, and we all clicked pictures together. 📸❤️ They were from England, which made the whole interaction even more exciting and memorable for us. For me, it wasn’t just about visiting a luxury hotel. It was about creating beautiful family memories and experiencing a little piece of the world together. 🌍✨ **My recommendation to every Mumbaikar: Visit the Taj at least once and experience its magic for yourself!** ❤️👑 Some places are not just meant to be visited; they are meant to be experienced. And the Taj is definitely one of them! 🥂✨

We had a Club room for seven days, which meant we had a much quieter area than the main restaurants for breakfast. We had cocktails in the evening with canopies and lots of other advantages coffee throughout the day available et cetera.|The Butler team that worked in the club and also in the rooms was truly fantastic. There were many standout people, but I particularly remember.abhinov , Nikita and Jonson. Those spellings may be wrong but the sentiment is correct. The rooms are very nice. The swimming pool was fantastic. Literally all the staff were really good and all of the restaurants that we tried including the Japanese Wasabi restaurant were extremely good.|I would recommend this Hotel considered one of the best in India I believe and if we go back to Mumbai, we will definitely stay there again

A big thank you to Sandeep Ghuge, Samadhan, and the entire team for making my stay and, most importantly, my mother’s birthday so incredibly special and memorable.|The way you decorated our room and went above and beyond to create such beautiful moments truly touched our hearts. I honestly couldn’t have imagined a more special way to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The effort, warmth, and personal touch made it a memory we will cherish for a very long time.|Thank you once again for everything. Had a memorable stay at the Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai. We stayed in a Club Sea View Room with a window overlooking the Gateway of India and the Arabian Sea. The room was beautifully designed, spotless and had a lovely royal feel. The Club Room perks were a great addition — high tea and snacks, evening cocktails, airport transfer, ironing service, and early check-in/late checkout options. One of my favourite parts was the live Carnatic classical music with flute and Veena in the lobby and central staircase area. Very peaceful and adds a special charm to the hotel. Dinner at Loya was excellent. Amazing ambience, top-class service and really tasty food. Portions were a little small considering the price, though. Breakfast was the only area where I felt improvement is needed. Buffet choices were limited and most items were made to order, so the waiting time was quite long. My uttappam took a while and was quite small, although the taste was excellent. We also had a small issue getting soft butter for my daughter. I shared this with the duty manager, who handled it very well, assured us it would be addressed and even gave my daughter some chocolates. Really appreciated the way they handled the feedback. The pool is very well maintained and has a jacuzzi. Check-in and checkout were smooth. Late checkout in the same Sea View Room wasn’t possible due to demand, but they offered another room category. Cars are parked outside, so being next to the sea means they can get dirty overnight, especially from bird droppings. Thankfully, the hotel has a team that cleans the cars. Also, drones aren’t allowed inside the property due to security restrictions. Most importantly, the staff are genuinely courteous and respectful — almost everyone greets you whenever they see you. Overall, a beautiful property, fantastic location, great hospitality and a memorable experience. A few things can definitely be improved, especially breakfast service, but the old-world charm and hospitality make the stay special.

Beautiful location by the sea, heritage hotel with beautifully and scientifically designed rooms, astonishingly wonderful & warm service from all staff - Abhinav, Dhruv, Godyi, Vinayak..... Too many to name. Exquisite hospitality from The Taj Club Lounge & wonderful meals at the Shamiana, Loya, Harbour bar, Sea Lounge.... Too many wonderful things to write about the brilliant Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai. I can't do justice to this property with words or pictures
