Trip.com· 9 months agoThe Taj is always going to be superb, of course, and this one is no exception.Two small points - 1. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel2. There was a peculiar smell of drains in the corridors outside my room which never entirely went awayBarring that of course, marvelous hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast buffet, super rooms, very nice pool and gym.

Google· 3 months agoRooms are insane, the beds are huge and have super soft bedsheets. The amenities of the hotel are very nice, they have a floor bar for chilling with decent buffet and drinks. The sky lounge is disappointing although it does look over the airport runway. I don’t see any benefit of getting lounge access. For a 5 star deluxe as advertised, the hotel needs a better pool, but it has a good spa and well priced massage services. Perfect hotel for convenience and comfort, not holidays.

Google· 2 weeks agoTucked away behind a sort of grotty car park, this is an impressive hotel. I was upgraded to a suite, which was enormous. No noise at all from the airport, despite it being immediately adjacent. My room was slightly dated and a bit worn. The plug sockets didn’t work by the side of my bed, which was annoying. But the Japanese loo did - major plus point! Offered, without asking, a late check out. And appreciated it given my huge and comfortable bed. Pool area is nice if a big soulless. Gym is good. Excellent value.

Google· 2 months agoMy family and I chose The Taj for a staycation to celebrate a birthday, and it turned out to be a truly luxurious and unforgettable experience! We had a stunning runway view room and my whole family absolutely loved it. The rooms are super luxurious and exceeded all our expectations — impeccably clean, with hygiene maintained at the highest level, and every corner had a delightful surprise waiting for us. The food was absolutely delicious. For lunch, we ordered in-room dining — Chicken Biryani, Sandwich, Dal Khichdi, Pizza and Potato Wedges — and every single dish was full of amazing flavour. We had our dinner and breakfast buffet at Tiqri and it was the best spread with a wide variety of choices, made even more special with wonderful live music. I would highly recommend everyone to experience this at least once in a lifetime. It was truly a fantastic stay!

Google· 10 months agoDear Team Taj Santacruz, I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional hospitality I experienced during my stay at your hotel from 20th December to 22nd December in rooms 608 and 631. From the moment I arrived, Shanel Jacinto at the front desk made sure I was attended to promptly and warmly. The staff at the all-day dining Atharva, especially, went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable with tea while my rooms were getting ready. The service at the Taj Club Lounge was impeccable, thanks to Mahesh, Altamesh, Sanket, Abhishek, Kuldeep, Stein, and Vinod. You guys made my lounge experience truly enjoyable! Amit and Siddhartha at the poolside were super helpful when I forgot the locker code - thanks for sorting that out! A big shoutout to Melody,Imma (room attendant )and renkesh (housekeeping) who went the extra mile to freshen up my room after my guests (with 3 kids!) left it a bit messy, making sure I had a comfy place to sleep before checkout. Most importantly, HUGE thanks to Chef Jhony Dabre for sending over amazing Dosa and unique Ragi pancakes to the table - still craving them 😋! I'd also like to thank a special server (sorry, don't remember his name) who welcomed us with a big smile every morning during breakfast hours. Though he couldn't hear or speak, his warm presence made a difference. Thank you again to everyone at Taj Santacruz for making my stay so memorable! Best regards, Aanchal kuthiala

Google· 5 months agoExcellent airport hotel! I arrived in the middle of the night without a reservation after missing my connecting flight. The lady who was managing the front desk at around 5am on the 18th of May displayed impeccable hospitality, humanity and professionalism! I was mind blown by how she went out of her way to secure a room for me at this odd hour. She was then also very kind to help me changed the mode of payment when I mistakenly used the wrong card. I then went to breakfast and was absolutely impressed by the wonderful spread, but even more by the hospitality skills of Chef Johny Dabre! He is really the soul of that restaurant, creating connection and memorable moments for all guests! I work in luxury hospitality and had the chance to enjoy breakfast in many iconic places - but never saw this level of genuine care and hospitality!

Google· 3 months agoWe recently stayed at the Taj Santacruz to celebrate my wife’s birthday on the 27th of June, and to say it was memorable would be an understatement. The hospitality we experienced was truly world-class, reflecting the finest traditions of the Taj group. Exceptional Personal Touch & Room Decor A massive, special thank you to the General Manager, Mr. Vikas Parimoo. He personally ensured that our stay was incredibly comfortable from the moment we arrived. We walked into a beautifully pre-decorated room that set the perfect mood for the celebration. To make the evening even more magical, the staff surprised us by bringing a delicious birthday cake right to our room. A Perfect Dinner at Tiqri Our dining experience at Tiqri was outstanding, thanks to Mr. Yogesh Sharma. He went above and beyond to arrange the absolute best table in the house—right in front of the live singer—complete with gorgeous, thoughtful table decorations that made my wife feel incredibly special. The service that followed was flawless. We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to our servers, Mr. Rizwan Khan, Mr. Gurvinder, and Mr. Gautam. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but their warm, smiling faces and attentive service truly elevated our entire dining experience.
