I booked a King Hilton room as a Diamond member. A day before check in I noted that I was upgraded to an Executive room. The room itself was very nice, clean, and the design reminded me a lot of the Hilton Osaka and Hilton Tokyo in Shinjuku. A lot of characteristics of the overall hotel reminds me of the Hilton Osaka which I like as both are nicer and newer than the Hilton Tokyo. The executive floor is high up and I had a great view of the city. The hotel itself is centrally located and fairly close to Nagoya Station. Not close enough to walk, rather I would take the subway Higashiyama Line to Fushimi. In the evening I partook of the executive lounge which had a nice assortment of drinks and food including some western dishes and local specialties. In the morning I tried the breakfast buffet on the first floor. There was a really great selection of both western and Japanese dishes and I was impressed how good it was! I was glad to see miso tonkatsu offered as well, probably the most famous dish of Nagoya. I had a nice stay and this hotel is a very solid entry in Hilton's portfolio in Japan. It definitely meets the standard set by other locations such as Osaka, Tokyo, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka. I'd be up for staying again in the future or trying the Conrad Nagoya.

I had a wonderful experience at Hilton Nagoya. It was my first time staying at a Hilton property, and although it was a premium price, it was worth every penny. This stay left a lasting, positive impression on me. The staff here are truly outstanding—always warm, enthusiastic, and proactive in assisting guests. I would like to highlight a few exceptional moments: 1. Impeccable Arrival: Upon arrival, the door staff immediately guided us to parking and helped with our luggage. They even noticed me struggling with a stroller near a set of stairs on the way to the breakfast restaurant and rushed over from the entrance to assist me. 2. Excellent Breakfast Service: The breakfast team provided warm and attentive service throughout our meal. 3. Efficient Communication: The hotel’s use of LINE for guest requests is incredibly efficient. I barely had time to finish sending my message before a staff member arrived at our door with the footstool we requested. 4. Immaculate Housekeeping: The room was cleaned thoroughly and maintained to a high standard of hygiene. 5. Thoughtful Design: The room layout is very functional, and all facilities were kept in excellent condition. This has been a fantastic introduction to the Hilton brand. I am very impressed with the quality of service at Hilton Nagoya, and I sincerely hope that my future stays at other Hilton hotels around the world will be just as exceptional.

The food was really good, especially the steak was exceptional. There were a lot of desserts and everything was really delicious. The staff were really helpful and nice! We requested a birthday greeting and they delivered the birthday wish and kindly took our photos for us! Thanks a lot for having us.

Very convenient location. Wonderful view from our room on the 22nd floor. Executive lounge access included in our booking. Was a real treat with delicious complimentary canapés and drinks. Mana was especially attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend.

The standout aspect was the service. The staff were highly efficient, well-coordinated, and operated with a remarkable sense of urgency. They were consistently attentive, proactive, and eager to help. Even compared to other Hilton properties I have stayed at, the service here was on another level. The toilet was quite compact and i did not like the standing shower within the bathtub, which was pretty uncomfortable. The greatest disappointment was the hotel's tattoo policy. Guests with tattoos are required to cover them when using the gym or pool, and i was told that i am prohibited from using the sauna facilities altogether. While I understand the need to respect local customs and traditions, I would have expected an international brand like Hilton to strike a better balance between local cultural considerations and accommodating international guests. In my view, that balance was not achieved particularly well here

Fantastic stay with muslim friendly options. We enjoyed a teppanyaki special course dinner at Genji from the Chef Masashi Hisada, it was specially made for us, as we only eat Halal. It has the best breakfast for muslim traveller. You can ask the staff. We have received an Upgrade to an Executive Room on the highest floor, it‘s not so large but enough for a 2 night stay. The view is fantastic. Very central in Nagoya. You can use the trains.

Arriving at the hotel and we we're met by Yuri Brando with a cheerful warm greeting. She assisted us upon checking and gave insight detailed explanation about the local surroundings. She was helpful, attentive and available to speak and see of our wellbeing. The team at reception was efficient, effective and professional how they dealt with us on checking, excellent start. We attended the lounge for drinks and lite snacks, the team in the lounge wecome with very warm and friendly vibe. Lounge host recommended to try local Saki cider, and it was a great, thank you. Want to Thank you everyone who cross paths and made the stay memorable. Bye for now and Wish you all the best.

Gym and pool /tennis court area is great for those that don’t want to go anywhere or have free time on their hands, buffet lunch is delicious and worth every $$ Accommodations is standard like all other hotels in this chain rooms are clean and comfortable Would definitely stay again Cute bars just around the corner and lots of food options
