Pros: - complimentary breakfast (changes daily) and happy hour were a huge bonus - room was spacious - Lawson just around the corner Cons: - public bath is a bit small - washroom is kinda tight - no amenities for little one (e.g. toothbrush, slippers) Would stay here again given the price point.

Great place to stay at. Situated conveniently near the Nagoya Main Station. No need to pack toiletries as there was a wide variety at reception. Don’t miss the happy hour running from 1800-2000 a free drink is available. Selection includes alcoholic drinks.

Overall experience is satisfied and happy. They have onsen to relieve the tired body and leg after whole day walk. Great variety of breakfast selection too! The size of room slightly bigger compare vs other same range hotel. They provide variety of amenties too eg: bath salt, lotion, face lotion etc.

I booked this hotel due to its high ratings and attractive deals on Agoda. While it’s located quite far from the train station (still within walking distance). The room is clean and comfortable. There is some mild noise from the corridor when guests pass by, but it's manageable. The room size is decent compared to other hotels in Japan. The hotel features a small onsen on the ground floor, and free amenities such as combs, skincare products, toothbrushes, and shower caps are available for pickup. The water pressure and temperature are excellent. However, I found the breakfast to be just average.

We loved this hotel and came back again when we are to Nagoya. It offers excellent breakfast spread and also happy hour session (6pm-8pm). We also found a nice Unagi restaurant within walking distance from the hotel thanks to the hotel’s recommendation. 😊

We stayed here for 4 Nights, having travelled from Hamamatsu via JR Tokaido Line. Quite a bit of walk, 20+ mins across the main street from the Kintetsu-Meitetsu bldg.. It was very windy and cold (10 deg, late-March).|An average size hotel the amenities are sufficient and the trending is one collects them at 1F for your necessity use (only). We were given rooms at 2 floor which is low so there’s no view to see except the hotel street front (see pic attached).|Just behind the hotel are residential housing and rather quiet. Most of the activities, shops etc are nearer the main station/buildings up the north side but still good for a 15 mins walk for shortest route. Alternatively there is the underpass which we preferred. Once in the station there are Nana-chan Mannequin and JR Central Towers to explore.|Our stay comes with morning bf. Spread is ok and more Japanese-fusion type. The room seating capacity is not large so quite challenging, packed on 2 of the 4 days.|They have Happy Hour 6 to 8pm at the 1F eating area where one can take unlimited drinks & some wine/sake at will. We dropped by twice and felt it is a good gesture-arrangement during our 4 nights stay. 😊. An added bonus was the Hot Bath (communal bath and a sauna) which though small provides much reprise after a tiring day out in the cold weather.|Somehow we still prefer staying in Sakae area though..

Location is a little further south of Nagoya JR Station but if arriving from airport via Nagoya Meitetsu Station, it's a 10 min walk through underground mall via Exit 6 (stairs only). Near Nana Chan doll landmark, a 24hr Aeon supermarket. It has good room amenities bar including steamer iron, happy hour drinks and snacks, as well as a popular public bath accessible via a guest code and an affordable buffet breakfast. Good option for starting my solo trip to Tateyama-Kurobe alpine area.

Hotel was clean and in a good location, however the internet was incredibly slow - couldn’t even stream a 1080p video. All good other than that.
