Am surprised at home near this hotel is from the train station and more so its sheltered all the way. This is so so helpful for us as it was pouring on the first night when we arrived. The hotel staff is very friendly and we got a room with super nice view. The room was huge as compared to many hotels in Japan and I love the concept. Lots of spaces for our big luggages to open up easily for packing and we so LOvE the view.. the night view was amazing. When we switched off the room lights, we got the night view of the city landscape and my boy doesn’t want to check out of the hotel! We will definitely come back again❤️

This might probably be the best hotel view we have stayed so far in Nagoya! We were deeply impressed by the stunning day & night scene - where we could view the entire Nagoya city through our eyes:)We even have tried out their morning and dinner buffets on L31, both were far more than just up to the mark, and likewise, we were able to catch the best view of Nagoya there.We were well taken care of by the front desk and room cleaning services. Though the gym room is a lil bit tiny, it's neat and tidy and the equipments are well-maintained - overall, it's a highly effective workout space. And not to mention that the availability of car park slot within the hotel building was adding some extra points, especially for us with a young kid.Highly recommending this hotel👍🏻

We had a fantastic stay at Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower. The lobby on the 31st floor already sets the tone, and the city views from the room are honestly breathtaking, especially at night when Nagoya lights up below you ✨ The room felt clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious, with a comfortable layout and huge windows that make the view the highlight of the stay. Breakfast was another big plus — a generous buffet with both Japanese and western options, plus desserts and ice cream that made it feel extra special. The staff were friendly and everything felt well maintained from start to finish. It’s also very convenient for getting to Nagoya Station by train or walk. I’d happily stay here again.

The location is incredibly convenient, within easy walking distance to Takashimaya and other department stores. The overall environment is excellent, with several convenience stores right downstairs, so you never have to worry about finding late-night snacks. For Japan, the room was surprisingly spacious. We stayed on a high floor and had a great view of the railway tracks, which I really enjoyed. The staff speaks excellent English, making communication and the check-in/out process very smooth. Overall, a fantastic stay

Premium hotel rooms were mid sized (Japan style) and comfortable. The shower bath space was large and easy to navigate with multiple people. The breakfast buffet was descent. We enjoyed being able to get Japanese breakfast as well as eggs and sausage.

It was such a disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite having a beautiful nighttime view, which turned out to be the only good thing about it, everything else fell short. We were initially assigned to the wrong room. When we informed the front desk that we had booked a triple room instead of a double, her immediate response was that there was nothing wrong with their reservation clearly show the sign of doubt, completely ignoring my claim. It wasn't until I pushed the issue further that they finally prepared the correct room. However, that room had one of the most disgusting bathrooms we’ve ever seen. By that point, we were simply too tired to bring it up again. We stayed for a couple of nights and loved the city of Nagoya, but we will not choose this hotel again. The breakfast is average and nothing fantastic. It seems the hotel technically relies on its night view to compensate for all its other shortcomings. I don’t usually leave the review but this time, they left me no choice.

The reception, restaurants, and guest lounge are located on the 31st floor, while the rooms occupy floors 32–36, offering excellent views of the city. Al railway station is conveniently located right next to the hotel, and it is only a 15–20 minute walk to Nagoya Station, with easy access to JR and subway lines.As expected in Japan, the hotel staff are exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful. The restrooms on the 31st floor are beautifully maintained and provide a surprisingly refreshing experience. For the best value, it is advisable to book early and secure a favorable rate.
