We went for the bridal fair. They made a mistake with the names so we didn’t get to see everything and we didn’t get to experience everything. What did we get? An “apology”. Apologies in Japan are about as useful as chocolate frying pans. The staff kept apologising for their mistakes but did nothing to actually resolve the situation. When we arrived we spoke to a lady at the bridal fair desk and she obviously made a mistake and thought we were some other couple. We also told the woman (first name Yu) 3 TIMES there must be a mistake and she brushed us off until we showed her the email confirmation. This is totally unacceptable for customer service. Eventually they accepted their mistake and apologised (I counted 30 times… pointless) so they said we could see some parts but couldn’t do the full experience. And the parts we did get to see were rushed. We spent 5 hours there and got nothing for it. Not only this, but when you sign up for the bridal fair they state you get a gift card at the end as a thank you. We didn’t even get that! So we didn’t see everything, we didn’t get what was offered prior, and they did nothing to help us. This is by far the worst place for bridal fairs we have been to.

Gorgeous hotel. Lovely and clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely skincare and other amenities in the room including a hair straightener. Breakfast was delicious which seems to be difficult in Japan. Lovely omelette made to order, bacon, scrambled eggs and french toast. So good! We loved our stay here, thank you.

We reaching this hotel in late evening around 8pm and we are very tired. But we need to wait inside the coach to listen to the hotel staff explaining to Japan guide about their hotel rules and regulations. End up the Japan guide say nothing special and everything is the same as usual. Then our local tour leader distribute the room key cards inside the coach then we alight and the bus driver unload the luggages for us. The road is empty and totally no cars or people around us. Total 27 people plus 2 guides so we are a group of 29 people. We are choosing and waiting for our own luggages on the road but just now the hotel staff who explained the so called hotel rules chasing people away and pushing us to go inside the hotel. The way he communicate is very rude. Next day breakfast reception staff and the restaurant staff are also very rude. They dont know how to serve and communicate politely to the guests. Even if there is language barrier, people can feel and see body language. Location good or not I am not sure since I am traveling with tour group.

The room is spacious and well equipped. It's a bit far from Nagoya station and not many buses around the hotel. It's a bit inconvenient. There's shuttle bus available in the morning on weekdays. Longer service time on weekends. Maybe the hotel is busy, the lounge staff wasn't too friendly. I have short hair but I found a long hair on my bed under the blanket. The bedsheet has some black colour fabric fibers but I wore light colour pajamas.

Lovely hotel, perfect for a family stay & shuttle bus service available to the train station. The room size was very good for three people. We stayed one night as in a short trip to Japan. Perfect location for anyone intending to visit local attractions.

I was disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I was charged an additional 12,000 yen just to have an extra bed brought into the room, rather than being offered a room that already accommodates three guests. Instead of providing a proper room with three beds, they simply set up a sofa bed, which did not meet expectations—especially considering the extra charge. For the price, I would have expected a more suitable and comfortable arrangement.

This was honestly a frustrating experience. The hotel charged me an extra 12,000 yen just to bring an additional bed into the room instead of putting us in a proper room that actually fits three people. Instead, they threw in a cheap sofa bed and called it a day, which is pretty unacceptable considering the extra cost. On top of that, the toilet in the room barely worked, which just made the whole stay even worse. For what you’re paying, basic things like a functioning bathroom and proper sleeping arrangements shouldn’t even be an issue. Overall, this place feels like it cuts corners and charges you more for less. I wouldn’t recommend staying here—there are definitely better options out there that will treat you fairly and actually provide what you’re paying for.

The room can fit 3 beds a tv bathroom and a toilet. It has a luxury feel to it. The hotel staff are amazing and have some basic English. The location is hard to walk around because you are between two train tracks when you walk you have to go behind the drop off and pick up to get to the station but at 7 o’clock you can catch a shuttle bus to Nagoya station and every 39 miners but only on weekends. If you come home late there is a family mart across the road to get food and the hotel has a microwave to hear it up.
