Stayed at Broadwalk for 11 days in total with a family wedding in Voi Wildlife Resort in-between. Amazing residency with very friendly staff. There is a shopping mall on the first 4 floors which can be accessed from the residency which makes getting essentials very easy. We were in a 3 bedroom apartment which was huge. All rooms had en-suite facilities with the master having a bath and shower, with the others having just a shower. A hairdryer was provided in the master bedroom as well. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was a large water bottle and machine for drinking water. The reception desk and concierge were manned 24hrs. Food was available on the same floor as the lobby area along with a bar and restaurant outside. The mall also had several food outlets serving foods for all tastes.|There was an outside pool which was also on the lobby floor (5th) which was cleaned daily with ample seating area. The lobby area was huge to-be-fair and also housed a gym, toilets, sauna and steam room. We had quite a busy schedule and so didn't get to use these facilities but they looked well maintained. Overall a lovely place to stay and we look forward to going back soon.

Had such a lovely stay at Broadwalk Residency. I really enjoyed the convenience of the mixed-use concept, having a supermarket, restaurants, and other amenities right downstairs made everything so easy. Location is also great just a few minutes ftom the heart of Westlands. The heated pool was definitely one of my favourite features, especially in the evenings when the star lights come on. It creates such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the co-working space, which is perfect if you need to get some work done without leaving the property. The apartments are comfortable, the environment is peaceful and secure, and the team is warm and responsive. Broadwalk Residency really offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and lifestyle. Looking forward to staying there again! Thank you for making our staycation amazing.

Fantastic hotel. The two-bedroom apartment was excellent. Beds are incredibly comfortable!! Nicely furnished, although there are only three dining chairs while the apartment sleeps four. Two bathrooms were also very convenient. The furniture is very comfortable. Incredibly kind staff. I had groceries delivered via Glovo, and the staff put them straight into the fridge in our room. One evening we realized we needed to bring food for our upcoming safari day and had nothing prepared, so the staff arranged for food to be made so we could take it with us the next morning at 5am. They respond immediately via the app or by phone. The pool is heated. Sun loungers are comfortable, and the gym, I've never seen such a beautiful gym in a hotel. Everything looks brand new. The only downside is the soundproofing. We could hear the neighbors' TV, and when a nearby nightclub plays loud music, you can hear it until they close at 5am. So if you’re a light sleeper then you should think twice.

We had an excellent stay at Boardwalk Residency. The entire staff was consistently kind, welcoming, and very helpful. Whenever we needed anything or had a question, they responded quickly and did their best to assist us. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel comfortable throughout our family stay. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Broadwalk Residence. The architecture is a masterpiece — the place is beautifully designed and feels homely. It's conveniently close to town and offers easy airport access. The staff did their best to make us feel at home. Highly recommended!

After a 48 hr flight delay, it was so nice to be welcomed into Broadwalk Residency. Immediately I felt welcomed and supported by them being flexible with changing my dates and them booking my room really swiftly. I was escorted to my room and given a thorough explanation of how things worked. |The apartment was spacious, well-lit, clean and the bedrooms had great views with balconies and glass windows. The cleaner we had was also very friendly and accommodating.|The location was great as well! Attached to a mall which was extremely convenient for last minute things, essentials etc. Unfortunately, I didn't get to explore the hotel more due to time constraints and the weather on some days but the amenities on offer seemed great - like the gym, pool area and sauna. I would 100% come back when revisiting Nairobi!

During our time in Nairobi, Broadwalk became a true home for us. There is genuine care here to ensure that your stay is consistently comfortable, pleasant, and safe. There was not a single issue that went unresolved. This is truly a worth place for both short-term stays and long-term living, and I can confidently recommend it. The entire space is organized in a very thoughtful and efficient way. Most importantly, however, are the people who work here. My wife and I would like to express special thanks to Nevina for maintaining cleanliness and comfort in our home. We also extend our gratitude to the entire team: technicians, reception, office staff, security, management, housekeeping, gym and pool staff. It is thanks to you that all of this is possible. We stayed here for five nights. We loved our apartment and the location was perfect. It is very convenient to have the supermarket Naivas located downstairs. This is a great apartment hotel in Nairobi we would recommend to anyone.
