Lovely hotel a short distance from airport.. Clean comfortable rooms. Lovely roof top bar. Very polite attentive staff. Mary at breakfast was particularly lovely, received great service from her along with tea recommendations. A small issue we experienced was dealt with professionally by staff including Vincent. Would highly recommend.

The ambiance is so nice to chill and relax and the hotel itself has a nice ambiance. Unfortunately, the service did not match the environment. We experienced significant delays while other guests who arrived after us were served first. The staff member who attended to us seems she chooses who to attend to,By name Mediatrix, seemed unbothered by the situation and showed little urgency or concern for our experience. Good customer service is just as important as a great atmosphere, so I hope the management addresses this to ensure all guests receive prompt and attentive service.

Real value for money. Absolutely Superb – An Exceptional Experience! What a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, everything about this five-star hotel was superb and truly exceptional. The service was outstanding, the staff were warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive, and every detail was handled with genuine care and professionalism. The hotel itself was beautiful, elegant and impeccably maintained. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, spotless and beautifully presented, providing the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The food was excellent, with a great choice and superb quality. The facilities were equally impressive, and the overall atmosphere was luxurious yet welcoming. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional level of hospitality. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and their friendliness and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued. This hotel truly deserves its five-star rating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, excellent service and an unforgettable experience. A truly superb hotel – five stars well deserved!

When you go Crowne Plaza, there's a certain level of expectation and I was blown away during my short stopover in Nairobi and the Crowne Plaza Airport. I was able to get a great deal to stay one night but I throughly enjoyed my stay and wished I had the time to stay longer. Will definitely return soon

This hotel provides a great reset after 20+ hours of traveling. I was able to quickly find the representative holding the sign and was driven to the hotel promptly. Check-in was quick with great customer service. My waiter, Blessing, was attentive and friendly. He provided a coffee to go without me asking. I recommend staying at this hotel before traveling to your final destination.

From stepping onto the concourse of the airport form being picked up for our transfer. Our stay really was perfect. ALL the staff were lovely. We were collected and driven to the hotel, our room was ready, with everything you needed. We booked a treatment at the spa last min and correspondence was quick and nothing was a problem when I was vague about timings. The food was lovely. Plenty of choice for breakfast and high quality ingredients used especially in the drinks. The pool and bar area are great for relaxing and the use of lockers even when you have checked out is so helpful. Honestly it was a pleasure to stay there. Would highly recommend and this stay would make me choose other plaza hotels too.
