Had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is excellent. The restaurant was also very good, and a special appreciation to the Indian chef who was kind enough to prepare food according to our requirements even when it was not on the menu. The location is also a big advantage as it is close to the airport, making travel convenient and giving an added sense of comfort and security. The staff were helpful and professional. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Exceptional Service That Made My Stay Memorable During my recent stay, I was truly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the hotel staff. Special thanks go to Hesbon, Chief Security Officer, and Henry Mwendwa, Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to assist me in retrieving a delivery package from outside the restricted airport zone. Their polite manner, efficiency, and genuine dedication turned what could have been a stressful situation into a highlight of my visit. It’s rare to encounter such outstanding hospitality, and their efforts made my stay not only comfortable but unforgettable. I wholeheartedly commend them for representing the hotel at the highest level of service. This is customer care at its very best, and I will always remember the warmth and professionalism I experienced here.

I stayed for work in the hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Joy helped us check in and she answered all our questions and was a great help! The rooms are very bright clean and have everything you need! Also the staff at the Tazama Rooftop Bar & Grill was very nice. The food was top notch and its always pleasant to stay here while in Nairobi.

We had a great experience at the hotel, the concierge sorted out the shuttle to meet us with no problem which all ran smoothly. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and I had a great night's sleep. Very nice breakfast buffet with omelettes made to order - very delicious. Would highly recommend as an easy start to a trip after a long flight.

One of two US chain hotels inside the airport. Very convenient location if you don’t plan to go downtown and back because traffic would be terrible. The facility is average compared to Four Points and similar class hotels in the USA. The staff, however, is much more courteous and helpful, from checking in, showing me the room, helping with luggage, answering questions at the gym, and serving at the restaurant Marketplace. At Marketplace, several staff including someone who’s either in charge or the chef would approach us and ask about the served dishes. The airport shuttle service I got was surprisingly good. The driver was very friendly and helpful. He helped us find an unloading spot closest to the airport building security check. He helped move our heavier luggage to the doors and helped us fan out a soliciting luggage helper. I am most satisfied with my stay at this property.

Just returned home from an amazing 3 week adventure in Africa. After updating my personal diary, its times to write reviews. The review of the trip is 5 stars all the way. We experienced hospitality like no other. Kindness from people, and awe-inspiring sites and adventures. If you made it to the review section of my diary, that means you stand out somehow. we stayed here for 2 different nights over a week. everyone was splendidly terrific. I believe Patience was the highlight of all the great people who chatted with us. thanks for making our adventure so much the better.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi as a family, traveling together with three families, and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel was welcoming, the rooms were clean and cozy, and it was a great place to stay with the kids. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Since we had an early morning flight the next day, the team kindly arranged an early breakfast for us in our rooms, which we really appreciated. Their thoughtfulness and excellent service made our departure so much easier. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great hospitality, and I would happily recommend this hotel to families visiting Nairobi.

We were tired when we arrived in Nairobi so the airport location of this wonderful hotel was much appreciated! Attention to guests and details was noticed and appreciated. Beautiful decor including fresh flowers and contemporary design. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. The signage was helpful in finding our way during our stay. Each staff member was warm , professional and hospitable.
