Lovely hotel…property is secure and in a great location. Rooms are spacious, clean and nicely appointed. Beds were very comfortable. On-site restaurants were also excellent. Staff is friendly, kind and attentive. Victoria at Reception was so nice to me and particularly helpful. I stayed here both before and after my safari and would go back again!

Personally, I really liked Nairobi Serena Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and very comfortable. I especially liked the nice gardens, the clean rooms and the friendly staff. The location is also convenient because it is close to the city centre. The hotel is a bit expensive compared to some other hotels, but I feel the service and the experience make it worth considering. I would recommend it to someone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Nairobi.

Never dissapoints. The first experience is the staff, all staff from the entrance, security, lobby all of them know everything and anything about the hotel. They guide and hand you over to where you need to be. It's about people, their smiles, confidence and humility. Once you experience the people on the frontline, everything else completes the experience; the food, ambience, greenery, security, everything!

The location is near CBD with urban atmosphere and good clean rooms which offed value for my money and we're clean though not very silent due to proximity to town services were nice with state of the art amenities like high speed wifi
