Terrific experience. The hotel took care of my dietary preferences and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Nice location. Squeaky clean rooms. Nice gym and sauna. Special thanks to chef Henry and server Catherine, guest relations officer Mercy, and lounge personnel Audrey and Janet for their hospitality. Also thanks to Lydia and Alex!!Highly recommend this hotel!

Always an honour coming to Radisson blu. The food is always tips and great service. Brian Edu ensured we had all we need and kept helping us in anyway we needed. Ceaser from IT was of great help to the operations of our work, went the extra mile to get us a tripod when we desperately needed one. In his words "giving you the best service so you think if Us next time" and for sure we will.

Exceptional hotel with a sleek, modern design and an upscale atmosphere. The hotel blends sophisticated design with comfortable spaces. As soon as you walk in, the upscale atmosphere is one of the first things you’ll notice, and it really sets the tone for the stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully put together. The hospitality was impeccable, with everyone we interacted with being welcoming and accommodating. The hotel also offers plenty of extras, including multiple food venues, a 24-hour bar and lounge, a spa, gift shop, and many other amenities. The prices definitely reflect the high-end experience they’re going for, though. While everything was great, most things were priced well above what you’d normally expect. The rooms didn’t quite match the vibe of the downstairs areas, but they were still nice, with comfortable beds and plenty of space. They also provided unlimited complimentary bottles of water, while the mini fridge was stocked with additional items available for an extra charge. Overall, it was a great stay with plenty to enjoy without having to leave the property. With its modern design, excellent hospitality, and wide range of amenities, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a more upscale hotel experience.

I had an excellent experience throughout all three days. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and full of energy and joy. Their warm and attentive service made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to Christine, who is an amazing lady at the humidor bar restaurant. Her friendly and positive attitude truly stood out and made my dining experience memorable. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

I had such a wonderful experience! I was served by Martin, and wow, I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism, explanations, and excellent service. The food was amazing, and everything was handled so well. The entire staff were lovely, welcoming, and very presentable. From the service to the food and overall experience, everything was exceptional. Definitely a 5/5 experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would happily come back again. ❤️

Celebrated my 27th birthday at The Chop House, Radisson Blu Nairobi Upper Hill, and the experience was nothing short of exemplary. The ambience was sophisticated, the hospitality impeccable, and the entire evening was beautifully executed. A special commendation to Martin and Peter, whose professionalism, attentiveness and remarkable hospitality were truly outstanding. Their meticulous attention to detail and genuine warmth elevated the entire experience and made my birthday celebration exceptionally memorable. The Chop House continues to exemplify refined dining and exceptional service. Thank you for making my 27th birthday such an unforgettable occasion. I would like to take a moment to sincerely appreciate Salad and Karimi, who served us during our visit. From the very beginning, he made us feel welcome with his warm smile and calm, professional manner. He took the time to explain the menu, offered helpful suggestions, and was very patient with our questions, which immediately set a positive tone for the entire experience. Throughout our time there,Salad and Karimi was extremely attentive without ever being intrusive. They checked in at just the right moments, ensured everything was well coordinated, and handled there responsibilities with impressive efficiency and care. Even during busier moments, they remained composed, courteous, and genuinely pleasant, which speaks volumes about there professionalism and dedication to excellent service. I would also like to highlight how great the tea snacks were fresh, well presented, and absolutely delicious. They were the perfect complement to our meeting and were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. In addition, the boardroom was amazing: well set up, comfortable, and ideal for a productive and pleasant session. The overall environment felt organized, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. What truly made the experience stand out was the combination of excellent service, quality refreshments, and a well-maintained space. Because of Karimi and Salad outstanding service and the overall setup, our visit was not only smooth but memorable. Are truly an asset to the establishment, and I would highly recommend both the service and the facilities to anyone considering a visit.
