Great hotel. Impeccable service from staff and front desk. Views were amazing especially at breakfast and evening on the terrace. The room was well equipped, though smaller. Amenities were nice and extra sample boxes of toiletries such as lotions toothpaste and creams. The distance to the historical area was about €20 to 25. Breakfast was spectacular with all you could ask for.Cheeses, meats, fruits, bubbly, pastries and breads. excellent service. Definitely come back.

I stayed at De Bonart Naples, Curio Collection by Hilton, and it turned out to be one of the more distinctive boutique‑style Hilton properties in the city. Many travelers praise its modern design, clean rooms, and friendly staff, and my experience aligned with that. The hotel feels fresh and thoughtfully curated, with a stylish interior that fits well with the Curio Collection’s emphasis on local character. Our room was on the west side of the building and had three separate balconies, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself wasn’t very large, and the bathroom in particular felt quite compact, but the multiple balconies added a sense of openness and gave us great afternoon light. It’s a layout that works well for short stays, especially if you enjoy stepping outside for fresh air or a view of the neighborhood. One of the strongest features of the hotel is the rooftop restaurant and bar. The space is beautifully designed, with great views and a relaxed atmosphere that works equally well for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Food quality was consistently high — fresh, well‑prepared, and genuinely tasty — and the pricing was reasonable for a rooftop venue in Naples. Many guests mention the rooftop as a highlight, and I’d agree: it’s a great place to unwind without leaving the hotel. The main downside is transportation. While the hotel sits in a pleasant and safe area, public transit isn’t very convenient. The nearest Metro stations require a bit of walking, and the Funicolare lines don’t always align well with typical sightseeing routes. Taxis in Naples can be unpredictable and sometimes expensive, especially during busy hours, so getting around may require extra planning. Overall, De Bonart Naples offers a stylish, comfortable stay with excellent rooftop dining, friendly service, and unique room layouts — like our west‑facing room with three balconies. If you don’t mind the less convenient public transportation, it’s a charming and modern base for exploring Naples.

Let me be unequivocal: the De Bonart Naples is, hands down, one of the finest Hilton properties gracing Italian soil. This is not a hotel. This is a love letter to hospitality, written in prosecco and marble. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Diamond status isn't just a number here, it's a philosophy. We were swept up like visiting royalty, whisked to the rooftop bar before we'd even caught our breath, glasses of chilled prosecco in hand, while our room was transformed into perfection below. And that room? A stunning corner suite with its own private patio, generous, spotless, and dressed in quiet luxury. Then there's the spa, an experience so serene it bordered on spiritual. Picture your own private sanctuary: a bubbling jacuzzi, an authentic Turkish bath, and a steaming cup of tea to close it all out. Romance and relaxation, expertly choreographed. Mornings brought a breakfast spread that read like a love letter to Italy itself: silky carpaccio, delicate prosciutto, cheeses pulled straight from the hills of Tuscany and Sardinia, fish so fresh it practically winked at you. And for the traveler craving something familiar, a full lineup of English, French, and American favorites, golden pastries, mimosas, and coffee strong enough to make you fall in love with mornings again. But the true magic of this hotel? Its people. Dario, Camilla, and Giorgio didn't just serve us, they made us feel like the most important guests in Naples. And every single staff member we crossed paths with, named or not, carried that same warmth and grace. If you're searching for a hotel that turns a stay into a story, the De Bonart Naples is it. Five stars barely feels sufficient.

This hotel is perched on a busy but beautiful street in Naples a little bit removed from the city center but no less lively. We were welcomed by attentive staff at the door and by friendly and polite staff at the front desk. The room was beautiful and the view was breathtaking- seeing Naples unfold from our balcony beneath mount Vesuvius was wonderful. The rooms were clean and modern with beautiful bathrooms and bright and fun color schemes, and the beds and linens were soft and comfortable. Public spaces in the hotel all had a fun and modern feel, with natural materials and cool lighting. The real highlight of this hotel though was the service. We were traveling for my girlfriend’s birthday and so I had asked for flowers in the room- a miscommunication meant that instead there was a cake and champagne, which we don’t really drink. The concierge comped the champagne and had roses in the room astonishingly quickly; we went for a quick drink upstairs and by the time we were back they’d been in and placed them in a beautiful vase. Every time we called down there was an answer immediately, and the front desk stored our luggage while we were out on the day we checked out. I’ve been lucky to stay in some very nice hotels, but rarely have I felt this looked after and cared for.

We travel often - and mostly at 5 star locations so I will admit our standards may be too high. In short: Location: Beautiful view but we were 15 min car ride from seeing things we wanted to - Taxi possible but walking always better. Rooms: Small and scuffs on wall etc. Room we booked was Mito connecting suite but the rooms we got on 3rd floor much smaller vs picture. Air “controlled” by front desk (we had to call amd ask for cooler temp). Coffee machine plug didn’t work and the guy came up to help fix. Electronic controls very difficult to navigate (bathroom light on all night). Also many blinking red lights from fire alarm sensor I would assume. Street noise and local parties a reported problem. Diamond member: we were upgraded Service: front desk was fine (besides no response to my reviewed items here) - but everyone at restaurant didn’t want to be there and were miserable. Forget your needs being anticipated (like ordering, getting coffee refill, or getting the bill). Food: Actually quite good! Final thoughts: Skip this one - you can do better for the $$$

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at the Hilton. The breakfast selection was excellent, with good-quality jamón serrano, fresh fruits, and a great variety of delicious options. Everything was fresh and well presented. Most importantly, I would like to give a special mention to Anna. She is a truly beautiful very kind, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring while attending to us. She served us with a lovely smile and made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our breakfast. Thank you, Anna, for your wonderful hospitality and for making our experience even more special! You are a real asset to the Hilton team. We would be happy to come back again.

When it came time for us to book a hotel in Naples, I’ll be honest: I struggled to find exactly what I was looking for. We ended up staying at de Bonart and couldn’t have been happier with every aspect of our stay. First of all, the location is fantastic. All the tourist stuff is available to you but you’re not immersed in it. The neighborhood is quiet and nice and safe. Second, the facility is top notch. The hotel is clean is comfortable. It’s modern and updated and everything about it felt good. Our room had excellent amenities (plug-ins, tv, work area, bath area). The bar and restaurant were fantastic. Excellent, friendly service and an unparalleled view of the city. Ask Giacomo for one of the little maps that point out the main landmarks. It’s a nice little keepsake. Then there’s the people. Monica at the front desk was incredibly nice as was Gianluca and all the others. As a crew, they’re super friendly, competent professionals who want to make your stay easy and seamless. Knowing everything I know now, I would happily and easily book at de Bonart again. All stars. No notes.
