The hotel was excellent innservice from arrival to departure. All staffs from the porters to the reception were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel has just finished renovation recently so that it looks like new. The light was bright and the paints all clean. The room also very good and comfortable with bright lights and comfortable bed. The breakfast was also fantastic with lots of choice. Service top notch. Just a pity that we had been given a room on the 1st floor but still with a small terrace with a bit of seaview although we had asked for anroom on higher floor with good view. Because I am a hobby fotographer. That was the only disappointment. But we will be back staying at the Grand Parker's Hotel again after returning from our Amalfi and Puglia trip. Hopefully for that 2nd time of 3 nights stay they would give us better room on higher level with great seaview !

The service is excellent, the concierge and the staff from the rooftop restaurant does a good job, the room is outdated although well maintained. For me the bed and the sheets are good. Manage ur expectations. The staff are well trained and excellent.

We so enjoyed our time at the Grand Hotel Parker's. The rooftop restaurant and second 7th floor rooftop bar is NOT to be missed with its view of Mt. Vesuvius and incredible sunsets. We were so well taken care of by Valentina, Luigi, and all the team, it made it special. Wonderfully quiet! A 15-20 minute drive from the train station and the cruise ships made this location even better!! Walkable to the waterfront, but up on the hill with incredible views and safe location and non-touristy! Also, we loved breakfast where we got to order from a menu (omelettes, French toast, etc.) as well as received a 3-tiered tray of pastries, cheese, and yogurt with cappuccino or any coffee order you like included! One of our favorite stays. Thank you!

A beautiful historic base for discovering Naples. What a property — and what a view. Grand Hotel Parker’s has one of those extraordinary Naples panoramas that makes you stop every time you look outside: across the Bay of Naples toward Mount Vesuvius. For anyone who loves historic hotels, Parker’s is particularly special. The property dates to the nineteenth century and is deeply connected with the tradition of Grand Tour travellers coming to Naples. Staying here gives you a wonderful sense of the city’s history while still providing the comfort and service you expect from a luxury hotel. After busy days exploring Naples, it was a lovely place to return to, relax and simply take in that remarkable view. Elegant, historic and extremely comfortable, Grand Hotel Parker’s is a wonderful place to rest your head while discovering Naples.

Just stayed for one night while passing through but truly a great place. Amazing rooftop views for dinner and cocktails. Staff is 100% awesome, friendly, and eager to help. Rooms are up to date, clean, and comfortable. Solid pick if you’re staying in Naples. We thought is was a great value compared to other higher priced luxury hotels in the area.

This hotel has it all. From food to service, any need you have will be met. The rooms are incredible. The beds are comfortable and they offer a pillow menu so you can have the pillow that's just right for you. They organize everything and make sure the room is always well kept. They have new technology that keeps the rooms modern, while still having true hardwood floors to keep the charm. The food is amazing. Every plate we had was the best meal we had while in Italy.

From the minute we arrived and were greeted at the door to the moment we left the service was impressive. Kindness, excellent manners, great service and helpful attitude. The hotel itself is amazing, elegant as Napoli is, pristinely clean. Reception, Doorman, Breakfast Service, Room Service (cleaning, afternoon turn around) exceptional. If I could I would give more stars. The location is great, not too crowded but close to everything. The view you get from the Breakfast restaurant, inside and the Balcony, is breathtaking. Our Family was treated like Royalty every day of our Stay. Was one of our best Family Vacations ever.

The location is fantastic, in a beautiful area of Naples and within easy walking distance of the city centre. The views from the hotel are truly magnificent. Our room was comfortable, with a wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of high-quality local products, all served fresh at the table. The service was warm and attentive, and the whole team was kind and professional. A wonderful stay overall.
