I couldn’t have wished for a better stay! This was truly a dream trip, and Holston House was a huge part of what made it so special. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning! So quirky, stylish and full of unique touches that give it so much character. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you, no matter the time of day or night. The hotel feels really safe and secure, and the location is fantastic, a five-minute walk from Broadway and shopping / food all within 2 minute walk. The rooftop pool area… WOW! Definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The views are breathtaking, it was the perfect place to relax and take everything in. The cleanliness and amenities were top tier. Our room was spacious, spotless, modern and beautifully designed, and housekeeping provided fresh water daily, which was such a lovely touch. Honestly, I would be back at Holston House next week if I could! Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay and for making our experience so easy, relaxing and fun from start to finish. Anybody considering booking this hotel, don’t hesitate. You absolutely won’t regret it!

We had a nice one night stay here. Perfect location to walk to Broadway and see what Nashville had to offer! Christina, the bartender, and Luke, valet, were both so kind and made the stay better. Our room was large and quiet, very comfortable. We loved the live music offered in the bar with dinner. One note was that we searched for the hotel by those with pools and were told after check in that the pool was closed for a private event. Totally understand the need to balance private events with hotel operations, but that was a bummer for our kids. The assistant manager did visit with us in the lobby, apologized for that, and did have a thoughtful gift for our kids which was incredibly kind. Overall, a beautifully decorated, comfortable hotel in a great location.

Surprised this place keeps such a good rating. I guess it's the charm but the building is old. It was warm throughout all the common areas on an 80 degree + day. The elovaters were sauna like. The rooms are basic and small. Our A.C was not working properly. There was 0 airflow in the bathrooms or entry way. Took us 3 tries before anyone came and checked. Then told us it was working (0 air was coming out of the vents). They did eventually bring a box fan. Another lowlight was while sitting at the empty bar. 2 bar employees directly in front of us trashing the hotel / co workers and just venting about how much they hated working there. The fridge also stopped working and half the outlets in the room never worked. Least inviting pool ever. Minimal seating. Cushions that were there are torn and stained. $70 a day for valet was a little aggressive. That might not be there call. We cancelled our last night and found another spot. ( They did comp a breakfast and drinks)

What a fantastic experience. The Holston House is in the heart of everything without feeling like you can't escape the crowds. Check in was smooth even though we were a little early and every employee we encountered was pleasant, helpful and seemed happy. The rooms were well appointed, the beds extremely comfortable and the location ideal. We spent time at the rooftop bar, with a great view of the city and a greatly enjoyed the friendly bar staff and also had a delicious breakfast next door. From there the walk to dinner downtown, the Honky-tonks, and the football stadium were all a breeze. When our night ended, being one block off Broadway allowed for us to shed the crowds and the noise. All told, a 5-star review. We will stay here again.

My husband and I were coming to Nashville for a Predators game and this hotel is in the perfect location! It is right around the corner from the stadium so it was a very quiet stay, but we felt safe walking around the area and easily got to food options!

Great service from Leo & Arthur at the Valet. We had some issues with the safe in the room initially that took longer than we would have liked to resolve, but they gave us a F&B credit to make up. Food in the bar + brunch spot was excellent, quality natural food rather than the artificial-tasting food that’s all too common across America (my fellow Europeans will understand!). All staff we interacted with were pleasant and courteous. Rooftop pool wasn’t too busy when we were there and is a nice place to cool off. It did close for a private event on one evening. Also, we had no desk or chair in our room which was odd. That aside, I would choose to stay at Holston House if I find myself in Nashville again, the location is convenient. Tip: the Capitol has free parking on weekends and is 10 min walk away. Music City Center is also 5 min away and has $45/night parking.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Perfect Stay! Our stay at Holston House Nashville exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always happy to offer recommendations or help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful—stylish, spotless, and full of character. Our room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was so comfortable that we slept great every night! The location couldn’t have been better. We were just a short walk from Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, great restaurants, and all the excitement of downtown Nashville, yet the hotel still felt peaceful and relaxing when we returned each evening. The rooftop pool and bar were fantastic and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Every detail of the hotel made our trip feel special. If you’re visiting Nashville, I can’t recommend Holston House enough. It truly offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, incredible service, and an unbeatable location. We will absolutely be staying here again for my next trip. Thank you to the entire Holston House team for making our Nashville vacation unforgettable!

An Unforgettable Stay in Music City — 5/5 Stars! Visiting Nashville all the way from England was the trip of a lifetime, and staying at Holston House made it absolute perfection! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the decor is throughout the property, blending classic charm with modern style. The location could not be better, it is the ideal distance from Broadway, putting you just a short walk from the live music and action while still offering a peaceful spot to unwind. The staff are so lovely, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, giving us the warmest reception after our long journey. Our room was a perfect size, impeccably clean, and refreshed daily by housekeeping, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The valet boys are all so great, special mention to Gatlyn who was so polite and helpful! I couldn't have asked for a better base for my trip to Tennessee, and I would return to Holston House in a heartbeat!
