Dear guest, Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled you enjoyed your time at our little hotel. It's wonderful to know you found everything you needed for a comfortable stay—from the modern touches and spotless rooms to the extra USB ports (you can never have too many!). We’re glad the mountain views from the rooftop terrace made an impression, and that our location helped you explore all the best of Nerja. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we can't wait to welcome you back on your next visit!
You are steps from the old town, so tapas bars and restaurants are all around. For a classic beach meal, Ayo on Burriana Beach is a 14-minute walk and famous for its paellas. For a more refined dinner with sea views, Restaurant 34 on Calle Hernando de Carabeo is a short stroll away. Dolores El Chispa on Calle San Pedro offers traditional grilled fish and tapas in a local setting. D'Vinos serves fusion tapas with a rooftop terrace, and Restaurante Carabeo Lounge Bar also has sea views. La Jamonería, Taberna Pepe Moles, Mo Gastro Tapas, Bar Redondo, and El Sevillano are all within the old town for varied tapas and local dishes.
You are right in the heart of Nerja's old town, on Calle Granada, with the Museum of Nerja just a minute's walk away. The Balcón de Europa viewpoint and Parque Verano Azul are both a short four-minute stroll, putting the seafront and its coves like Calahonda and El Salon right on your doorstep. Playa Burriana, with its beach restaurants and water sports, is a pleasant 14-minute walk. Further afield, the Nerja Cave Park and Cascada de Maro are a few kilometres out, so you would want transport for those. The streets around you are the classic old-town lanes, with tapas bars and local shops close by.
From Malaga Airport (AGP), take the A-7 motorway toward Nerja, about a 50-minute drive. A direct bus (line M-163) also runs from the airport to Nerja. The nearest main train station is Malaga Maria Zambrano; from there, walk 3 minutes to the bus station and take an ALSA bus to Nerja, roughly 1 hour 30 minutes. The Nerja bus stop is a 10-15 minute walk from the town center, and the hotel is on C. Granada, just a 1-minute walk from the Museum of Nerja. A taxi or pre-booked transfer from the airport is a convenient option.
In the evening, the Balcón de Europa is a 4-minute walk away, a lovely spot for a seaside stroll. For dinner, you can head to Dolores El Chispa on Calle San Pedro for traditional tapas, or try D'Vinos for a rooftop terrace with a twist on tapas. Restaurante Carabeo Lounge Bar offers sea views, and Restaurant 34 has a romantic seafront terrace. After a meal, the old town's streets are pleasant for a walk, and Playa Burriana, a 14-minute walk, has beachfront spots like Ayo for a relaxed evening by the sea.
