Google· 2 months agoI stayed here for more than a week. My entire experience at this hotel from check in, to housekeeping, to breakfast was outstanding. I have to especially commend the breakfast staff and chefs. Very well managed. The chefs Saurabh and Rajendra especially come to the table each day and make sure guests are happy and ask if they can make something special for you. Each day they have gone out of their way to create a special pudding or desert for us to try, without us asking for it. Saurabh created such exquisite food, and he made so much effort to make us feel taken care of and pampered. We very much appreciate all the staff’s efforts in the hotel and will definitely be back again when we visit Delhi.

Tripadvisor· a month agoThe location is optimial as it close to Worldmark we can experience, we can exlerience many retsurants and also it is close to pizza express. The restaurant at the hotel provides wide array of options esoecially the Italian restaurant has got a great charm to it.|Overall a perfect stay and really had a great time, do meet Veeru he will add a great experience to your dinning experience. |The hotel itself is commendable.

Google· 4 weeks agoHad an absolutely wonderful stay at Holiday Inn New Delhi Aerocity. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, comfortable and genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great dining options, a lovely pool, relaxing spaces and a really cool aviation-themed vibe, especially around The Hangar. L’Osteria Bella was another highlight with its beautiful ambience and Italian food, while the other dining options and Airobakes gave us plenty of choices throughout our stay. What really made the experience special, though, was the people. A huge shoutout to Raghu Uncle from housekeeping and Dhirendra Uncle from the sales team, who continuously looked after us throughout our stay. They would keep checking in on us, making sure everything was fine and that we had everything we needed. Their kindness and genuinely selfless service made us feel less like guests and more like family. It was also my mom’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel went the extra mile by decorating our room beautifully with balloons and arranging a cake for her. That little surprise made the celebration so much more memorable for all of us. My mom, my sister and I genuinely had such a wonderful time here. Honestly, it’s not just the rooms, restaurants or facilities that make this place special — it’s the warmth and personal attention from the staff. We left with some really happy memories and would absolutely love to come back again. A big thank you to the entire Holiday Inn Aerocity team, especially Raghu Uncle and Dhirendra Uncle, for making our stay so memorable. ❤️ -Sandy

IHG· a month agoEverything from check in, room stay, meals and check out was super excellent. Our flight reached early and our request for early check in was honored. The room was so clean and amenities were plentiful. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety and room service was amazingly prompt and the food very tasty. Bar/lounge service was very good. Check out was a breeze. I loved my stay. Also, pick up and drop off from/to airport was very smooth too.

Google· 2 months agoI visited the hotel and stayed there. Really a fantastic feel. It looked like somewhere in US or in other place. A highly recommendable hotel for foreigners as well as Indian tourists. So excellent presentation n hospitality of staff very courteous and soft spoken...always ready to assist you. Moreover, very sumptuous buffet..My daughter who was going to USA also enjoyed very much the stay with me.

Google· 3 weeks agoCould have been really better. Very average communication channel at the front desk. Our check-in / Check-out was not handled in best way. Looks like teams don't pass on communication to the next person in shift and hence at times you end up explaining same to the person attending you. We stayed there for 5 days. It was peaceful in the room and the food was good too. I wish the people handling communication at the main desk were up to the standard of a hotel of such brand.

Google· 2 weeks agoLoved the warm hospitality of Holiday Inn! Would want to put in a special word for Vijay Tiwari at the reception area whose warm smile and helpfulness made us feel very welcome. Also a mention of Chef Suresh who tossed up a very flavourful and sumptuous vegetable fried rice at one of the live stations! A heartfelt thank you to all of them for making our short stay so pleasant.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The hotel's location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I was particularly impressed by the excellent service and attention to detail provided by the team.
