Had an amazing stay at Roseate House! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. We had a special request for our room arrangement and the staff went out of their way to accommodate it - really appreciated the personal touch. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay - extensive options and everything was fresh and delicious. Service throughout the hotel was excellent and the staff were attentive, warm and professional at every touchpoint. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend Roseate House to anyone looking for great hospitality and comfort. 10/10, would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were warm and professional, and everything was well taken care of. A special mention to Gaurav Singh Chauhan who provided exceptional service and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. His attentiveness, politeness, and willingness to help truly stood out. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Looking forward to staying here again!

I had a very positive experience to share with rest of the world and the hotel management: one beautiful shining example of a model employee is Ms Renu Poudel. She met us every morning in the fifth floor gallery with a smile and great attitude. She made sure that our room was in perfect condition every evening when we arrived back at the hotel. She kept the brand new towels coming even before we could ask for it. The bathroom supplies were always well stocked and had more than we would ever need … wish other hotels in the area would have employees like her. I would recommend that hotel should promote more employees to learn from her example. She made our stay great. Employees like her create the brand value which makes traveler's like me repeat coustmer.

It was a very wonderful stay at the hotel. It’s one of the finest hotel I have ever stayed in till date. It was my birthday and after checking in the hotel staff provided a bouquet of red roses and a small cake to make my birthday more special and on top of it, the staff also arranged a surprise for me in the evening near the pool area. They coordinated with my husband and made a collage and a small movie clip of my pictures and played it along with a small bouquet of flowers and again a cake and a small gift as a token of love from them. I am very grateful to them. Special thanks to Ms. Archita, Mr. Sahir and Mr. Arshdeep for doing all these efforts to make my special day more special. Thank you so much for doing all these things and taking our time from your busy schedule to be a part of my special day.

Had such a great stay here, honestly 5 stars. Amanda from the buffet was amazing so friendly and patient with everything. Brenda at reception was really lovely and helpful. And big thanks to Vikas from the spa for fitting us in at the last minute, he was so kind about it. Everyone was really nice and genuine, which made the whole trip better. Definitely telling all our friends about this place! 5 stars in everything

My wife and I had a short stay at this hotel. We ordered room service and Shalini, the person who took our order on the phone was very accommodative to our specic requirements at 10pm. Then came the most impressive Room Service ever experienced by both of us. Aditya, took so much of personal pride to layout the food and served us. Typically we are delivered a trolley with food inside and are expected to serve ourselves. But this wonderful young *** made our late dinner extra special. We skipped breakfast but had their buffet lunch. What a huge and appetising spread.... Once again, the service was as good as the food. Both exceptional !! Chef Sandeep specially attended to us. He saw that we had taken Saag (spinach) so he came around and said you must hv Makki Di Roti with your Saag. Within minutes, we had freshly made Makki Di Roti at our table. The person who served us at the Del restaurant was Nikhil. Very attentive, friendly and quick to serve us. Kudos to the hotel for infusing such a deep sense of good service and superb food quality. Well done ji 🙏

This hotel was very welcoming with excellent service at all times. Staff were great and everything was in perfect order and spotlessly clean. The rooftop pool was great and food options really good. |For whatever reasons, we were upgraded to a club room. It was here that we had a few minor issues. Again immaculately clean and presented but maybe because of our advanced years, we found a couple of things annoying. First the lighting. There were multiple switches that turned various combinations of lights off and on. We struggled to sort them all out to get the lights we wanted to stay on. Secondly, the bathroom area had a large amount of glass and mirrors and in the dark, we found we occasionally stumbled into a half open glass door not seeing it with a mirror behind. Our final minor complaint was that after staying in a range of 5 star hotels in India, we found the size and quality of the bath towels to be wanting. They were small and not very thick. After one shower they were unusable again after a swim for example. |Overall, the hotel was modern and service was great and it is well located close the the airport.
