As a foreigner one has to be careful how to review Indian hotels because locals can accept conditions much more readily than we can who are used to European standards. This was my first hotel in a 3 week stay, all of which were booked by my Indian agent who generally made a terrible hash of my accomodation. |The hotel is in a great location with lots of eating places and Hardiram is literally around the corner. My first surprise was that there was no lift but the staff carried my cases up to my floor. My room was ok. They supplied two large complimentary bottles of water, a kettle and tea and coffee facilities. Wifi was difficult at the beginning but they fixed it and after that it was fine. They supplied toiletries in the bathroom which is always useful. The breakfast was Indian buffet style which was fine and the great thing is that they also supplied muesli and eggs if requested. |I was here for three nights and my first response was that it was a bit downmarket but after comparison with subsequent hotels I revised my opinion and thought it was ok. It has all the essentials and it’s in a good location and lacking nothing major. I just felt it was a bit dark and a good coat of white paint to freshen it up would be very beneficial. I don’t know what the cost was because I paid for an overall package for three weeks but it was fine if you weren’t expecting western standards. I would recommend it for a budget hotel

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was basic but comfortable in a good central location.

Very disappointing experience – would not recommend I had a very bad experience at Hotel Jukaso Down Town, Delhi. My boss and I booked a double-bed room, but upon arrival we were told that a room with what was essentially a single-sized bed was considered a double-bed room according to their standards. We requested a room change, but were told that no other rooms were available. As a result, I had to sleep on the floor for three consecutive nights. The mattress, quilt and pillow provided were also of very poor quality and were not comfortable at all. After three nights of this, I ended up with severe back pain/spasms. I am writing this review especially for people who may be considering this hotel simply because it appears to be decent and affordable. While the price may seem reasonable, the quality of the room, bedding and service did not meet my expectations at all. I have also attached pictures of the room so that people can see the condition and size for themselves before making a booking. I personally would never stay here again and would recommend others to think twice before booking.

Very poorly managed hotel in this price range. Honest pros and cons :- Pros :-- Location only (Connaught place) Cons :- Countless. * Damped old rooms, * No lift , * Air conditioning not effective. * No hotel parking. (If u bring ur own car, u have to park in MCD parking with 500 per night extra charge, hotel doesn't take any responsibility of ur vehicle). * Staff at reception quite unprofessional and rude. * Ceiling height of room was quite less. * Old school mattresses. * They show us 2 category rooms, both having strong smoking smell. So please opt for some other properties available near by. Highly not a recommended hotel.

Very third class exprience . The beds were not of good quality. It seems the beds are verybols and damaged. Room size very small and toilet was smaller like matchbox. Way too expensive as per the given quality of the room. No parking available for the cars. You have to park in MCD parking, which charges around ₹500 for the whole night. Hotel management doesn’t take any responsibility of your vehicle or provide any parking when you’re paying a very premium price for the stay. I recommend people not to pay more than thousand rupees for staying at this place.

Very disappointing experience. We arrived around 3 a.m., and the visit wasn’t planned, so I didn’t have hard copies of my documents with me. I was with my husband, who provided his Aadhaar card, and we showed all the required documents on our phones, including our marriage certificate. Despite having valid digital copies, we were denied because they said foreigners are only accepted with hard copies of their documents. If this is the policy, it should be clearly communicated in advance. What made the experience much worse was the manager’s attitude. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed no willingness to help or communicate respectfully. Good customer service is about treating people with courtesy, even when enforcing policies. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking. Overall, a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place based on the poor customer service.

Their best thing is cleanliness . U go n see their tiles - it's white like anything. Anytime I go there it's like same white. Impressed by their cleanliness. And rooms are good , service is good and best thing is their location in the heart of the city CP.

I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip and paid in advance and check in late evening, and my room was deluxe soon and instead of keeping the room they gave us a ordinary room, saying that we have only one room. If you don’t want this room, you can cancel the booking. The Manager and the star are very rude, paying so much for the Hotel. The rooms are not good. There is no elevator lift. If you have any agent family member, they cannot claim the staircase instead of Hotel. Please book any other hotel in Paharganj, which is much better and much accessible for elderly members, and the worst thing was the Manager, whose stone is so rude that even a simple person who is walking on the street, they have, if you ask them, they will give you a good answer.
