Had a wonderful lunch experience at Tyde Restaurant with my family.|The Edmama Shami was absolutely delicious and wonderfully soft it literally melted in the mouth! My whole family loved it. A big thank you to Chef Narender for suggesting such an excellent dish. It was truly a fantastic recommendation. I would also like to appreciate Ritik for his excellent service. His hospitality and attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable. As a chef myself, I genuinely appreciate good food, thoughtful recommendations, and quality service, and Tyde delivered on all three. Rooms are good. Maintenance is good. Staff is helpful. Corridor sound come in the room. If other guests make noise then you will get disturbed. There is no access to restaurant from inside the hotel. First you get out of the hotel and then get into the restaurant. Buffet breakfast was very good. Good spread, good quality and good taste.

We stayed at The Park during our family holiday and had a pleasant overall experience. The location is excellent, being very close to Connaught Place, which made it extremely convenient. The staff were courteous, polite and welcoming throughout our stay. Ruby at the front desk was particularly kind, attentive and hospitable, she went out of her way to accommodate our requirements. The breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The housekeeping team did a good job and ensured that our stay was pleasant. However, the bathrooms do need some renovation and improvement. The exhaust ventilation was not very effective and the toilet seats were of poor quality and tended to slide, which was inconvenient. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and with some improvements to the bathrooms, the experience could be even better.

I recently stayed at The Park Hotel in Delhi. Overall, it was a pleasant experience—the property is well maintained and the staff were very courteous. The room service and luggage assistance were particularly impressive, making my stay comfortable. That said, the hotel feels like an older property. While upkeep is good, the rooms and bathrooms show signs of age and could benefit from more thorough maintenance and cleaning. Despite this, the service quality and hospitality stood out, and I appreciate the efforts of the team. With a bit more attention to room upkeep, this hotel could truly shine.

The Park is a wonderful place to relax and spend quality time with family and friends. It is clean, well-maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere. During breakfast there was a houseful which wasn’t managed properly and many guests were left with bad experience.The food was selectively good. There were two jewellery products lost at 2 different times but the team did pretty good in the enquiry of the first but for the second product which was allegedly left in the room the hotel team didn’t help properly rather they sound suspicious of us that we were bluffing or something.

Worst Hotel Experience of My Life This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Calling this a 5-star hotel is misleading—it doesn’t even meet the standards of a 2-star property. The rooms are in poor condition, with a clear lack of maintenance and cleanliness. The washrooms were in terrible shape, and basic amenities didn’t function properly. The taps were faulty, hot water came from the cold side, and cold water came from the hot side. The rooms felt suffocating, and overall hygiene standards were far below expectations. The staff was extremely rude, hospitality was practically non-existent, and the food quality was disappointing. For a hotel claiming to be premium, the service and guest experience were unacceptable. Our team of 50 people stayed here for 4 nights with breakfast and dinner included, and every one of us had a disappointing experience. Looking back, booking this hotel was a mistake. At the price they charge, there are hundreds of better options available. I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to avoid booking this property. Save your money and choose a hotel that actually values its guests
