I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay in Nice itself, with everything the city (and the surrounding area, which I highly recommend exploring by train) has to offer right outside the door, but I also needed somewhere that could feel like a little retreat, somewhere I could genuinely enjoy spending time if I needed to unwind. Le WindsoR, Jungle Art Hotel drew me in with its eccentric atmosphere (&sharp prices) and turned out to be exactly what I was hoping for. The tropical garden and pool make the hotel feel incredibly secluded once you’re inside; it’s very easy to forget that you’re in the middle of a busy city. On arrival you are welcomed with a refreshing drink, clear directions and a tote bag (I love a good tote), staff was accommodating and wonderful to me and other guest throughout my stay. I stayed in the privilege room with a garden-side balcony. Which was excellent, the room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had all the facilities I needed. Having your own outdoor space overlooking all that greenery was honestly perfect. |Only downsides I’d come to think of are regarding the bathroom. I had to lay down a towel on the ground before getting out of the shower/bath, a bathroom mat or a pair of slippers would’ve been great + if you’re tall-ish, you probably won’t fit underneath the showerhead while it’s on the rail. I’m only 165 cm and I barely fit underneath it. Those are very minor inconveniences though. I didn’t end up using a lot of the amenities, but from what I saw, everything looked quite extensive. I did find myself spending time by the pool every day before heading out again for dinner, sometimes even having it completely to myself. The pool itself is quite shallow, and the ladders felt a little wobbly, but for me personally, that honestly wasn’t a bother. I did notice that the pool has an accessibility lift for guests who need assistance and that staff was very attentive in helping guests with reduced mobility who simply needed a bit of support with the ladder so points for inclusivity 😊 All in all, I loved the hotel, and I was genuinely sad to leave after only 4 nights. I already know I’ll be coming back to Nice as soon as possible, and Hotel Windsor will be the first place I look at booking again.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for a friend's birthday celebration. The hotel is lovely, its location is great, as its close enough to everything, restaurants and bars, beach, etc but on a quietish road. Our room was lovely, clean with a comfy bed. Bathroom great, good water pressure and clean also. We had brekkie most days, which was nice and served in the garden. Good choice including eggs, bacon and sausage, plus ham and cheese bread and pastries etc. Nice coffee and tea too. They have a pool which is small and mostly shaded, so if you want to tan, the beach is better. We didn't use the pool, but it looks lovely. We checked out at 11am, and our flight wasn't until later that evening. The hotel keep hold of your bags and have a shower, etc available to use before your flight. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cute little place to stay, that's reasonably priced. Staff are lovely too and very friendly.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. It fully lived up to our expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful courtyard to enjoy breakfast in (except for the many mosquitoes). We had dinner at the hotel one evening, and that was also a great experience. We would happily return.

Unique, artistic, quirky, & quiet hotel in central Nice. Great location if you don't want crowds or busy restaurants right next to you. Jungle Art Hotel is 2 blocks north of the very busy restaurant area; easy to explore Nice & then escape to quietness. The art installations in the lobby & restaurant & the rooms are what make Jungle Art Hotel special. I did an extensive search for Nice hotels & did not want a cookie-cutter, boring hotel. The outdoor area is secluded & relaxing, with lush landscaping & a large pool. Staff are very professional & polite. My best friend & I had 2 rooms for 2 nights. We would return, no hesitation.

I joined my daughter and granddaughter at this hotel for a few days in Nice. They are on their fourth visit to this hotel and I can understand why. The very sincere welcome I received at the desk was not a one off, the staff really are the best and most helpful reception team, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room and bathroom was clean and well equipped, the fittings were a little tired but the bed was comfortable and the water hot. The swimming pool was very welcome as it was a very hot visit. The shade from the leafy surroundings was delightful, but it did attract mosquitos, make sure you have repellent handy. Despite the hotels position in the near vicinity of the town and the promenade, it was not noisy and I slept well each night. What really impressed me though, was because we had a late flight home, we stored our luggage at the hotel and the were able to use the pool for the rest of the day and have a shower and change in the spa area before we left. All in all a very pleasant stay, thank you.

Great location. The hotel lobby etc is gorgeous, but I wish our room had been a bit more decorated like the ones shown online. Parking available for ~$20/day but it’s about 2 blocks away from the hotel. Location is incredible and a short walk from amazing beach clubs, shopping area, and surrounded by incredible places for breakfast.

The hotel was pretty perfect for what I wanted on a week’s art tour in Nice, a short walk from Place Massena and the Old Town. I did upgrade to a balcony room which was large , comfortable and though minimalist had everything I wanted. The staff were charming and helpful and the garden with its huge Morton Bay fig delightful. I very much enjoyed my stay and would recommend.
