This is a very old building, and I don't think it's worth the high price I paid. I paid SGD 250++ per night, not including breakfast, facilities, and coffee machines are available from 2pm to 10pm It's not worth staying here! The only positive things I can say are that the sea view and the room are spacious. I would not recommend this option, as there are many newer and reasonably priced hotels nearby, all within a 5-minute walk or bus ride to the airport.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel room was big and had enough space for our luggage. Our only comment is that we hope the laundry room can be fitted with a locked door that requires scanning a room card for access. This would make it feel safer and ensure that only hotel guests are using. Also there is not enough plug, would be better if there’s also more plug near the bed.

We arrived here last night and got our room which was a little smaller than we wanted. However, the staff was so great and they upgraded us to another room for just a small upgrade charge. This hotel is a beautiful location for sightseeing, shopping, eating, etc. I highly recommend it.

Hotel is old, rooms equipment are bit old also, sofa is the worst, very uncomfortable, rooms design is quite old Japanese style, don’t expect a wow but still ok if you just stay 1-2 days, other than that everything is ok, breadfast is ok, service is ok, the best is the view and close to beach and American Village. Also if you drive, don’t use their car park it is 1000yen per night and the park beside the hotel is big and free

Overall, it is a great place to stay, conveniently located near Aeon Mall, the park, and the beach, with America Village within walking distance. Please note that parking is available for an additional fee of 1,000 yen per night.

It is like back to 00s hotel villa style. The facility itself is pretty old but clean. Nice breakfast (with morning beer!, nothing can beat that). The lady staff who helped us book a tour is very lovely and helpful. One more thing to make the place better, is to cancel the animal show in hall way and lobby. That really makes us feel bad when seeing the owl and money chained in the hotel where nobody really cares. (If we want to see wild animals, we go to the zoo) .
