I love the environment of this hotel since you arrive and the checking in with a glass of Champagne. You can dine in with them from fancy to casual everything is great. The rooms are ok not extremely fancy but we had a nice view to the golf course and it was very relaxing. The pool is great, the bar and in general the amenities. My only complain was the AC filter was beyong dirty, I have allergies so my husband always check and tell them through the app to exchange it so they did but nobody contacted us to apologize so I think we should at least receive a phone call. People working here are very nice an attentive.

We only dined at the café restaurant, so my comments are limited to that experience. The property is beautiful, the staff was gracious, and the food was excellent. We also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, even with children present, which contributed to a wonderfully relaxing experience. While the service was courteous and professional, it never quite reached the level of hospitality one hopes to find at a hotel of this distinction. At the finest properties, it is the thoughtful anticipation of a guest’s needs and the effortless attention to detail that create a lasting impression. During our meal, one member of our party was never provided with a placemat or silverware. We mentioned it twice, yet they were not brought until after the food had already been served. It was a small oversight, but one that illustrates the difference between attentive service and truly exceptional hospitality. I would especially like to commend the valet team. They were kind, courteous, and helpful throughout our visit.

I've recently returned from a two week stay at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando and I truly cannot fault anything about this hotel. The staff were amazing, very friendly and can't do enough for you. The hotel itself is just beautiful, the pool and grounds are stunning and the room we stayed in was outstanding. They kindly upgrading our room to one with an incredible view of the nightly Epcot fireworks. It was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. |It's close to the Disney parks and has transport included.|It was two weeks I'll remember for a very long time and I loved every minute of it. I'm hoping we can return to this wonderful hotel in the future.

Stayed here for a week and we couldn't stop feeling like something was missing. I expected better from a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast staff was great (shout out to Lizzy & Oscar) and so was house keeping. Everything else lacked. Our check in was horrendous. Felt like a hustle, the Concierge kept trying to up sell us. Made us feel extremely unwelcomed for booking through amex FHR. Told us that they would not honor any hilton honor benefits because "too many people come to their hotel through amex". Very unprofessional. We were about to upgrade to a larger suite and pay substantial $$$ but that comment completely turned us off and we decided not to, thank god! The lady checking us in was full of crap. Told us that our original suite was labled disney view but really wasn't because it was only the 4th floor and real disney view is 8th floor and above and she doesn't consider our balcony "disney view". We had perfect firework views from our balcony on the 4th floor, from 2 separate parks!! The food at peacock alley was gret the service was lacking. The sushi at the hilton next door was the worst I've ever had, rolls were falling apart and full of rice. The coffee was excellent at the hotel. Pool side food was decent. The cocktails were sugary and not well balanced at all, for $30+ a drink they should have mixologist not basic bartenders. There was a conference during our stay and the staff was not trained to handle the crowd at all. The facilities could not accommodate their guests at ANY restaurant! We were forced to leave the hotel in pouring rain to go to a restaurant. If hosting a conference the hotels should be equipped to manage all guests not turn them away, at least give us warning to make prior reservations. Everything was a hit or miss. We made the most of it and had a good time with the family but not sure I'd return with this type of service.

Anna is an exceptional receptionist. We have been seeing her for several years, and she always welcomes us with a smile and an incredibly kind attitude. She is a very pleasant, warm, and attentive person who makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. Her professionalism and caring nature truly make a difference. She is always willing to help, answer any questions, and make sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. People like Anna are the reason we keep coming back year after year. Thank you very much for your dedication and for making every visit such a pleasant experience.

I love this hotel. Everyone that works here seems happy to help in any way and quick to respond to any questions or needs. Having water available was an added perk when we were leaving for a bit. The pools were beautiful, workout space was clean and had a good selection of equipment. I especially loved being able to sit in the bar next to the entrance at night and listen to the pianist while enjoying a wonderful drink and amazing dessert.

Had a wonderful babymoon this weekend! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Liv at the front desk was so kind to go above and beyond for me and my husband. We truly felt so pampered and cared for while staying here. Our suite was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable. They never skipped a beat and on our final night did a wonderful turndown service in our room. We cannot wait to return! Also the golf course was wonderful. The staff was so kind and everyone wished us congratulations and made sure we stayed hydrated and felt special! The course was very well manicured and the rental clubs were new and nice. Well worth it! Thank you again Waldorf Astoria team!
