I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well maintained, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the beautiful surroundings. The hotel is also conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to get around and explore other parts of the city. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed my stay.

Nice hotel weekend in Oslo! Short walk to commute and park. Close to downtown or Sognsvann. Shopping and cafes nearby. The hotel rom and bed was nice and clean!

This is a lovely hotel. Check in was easy and quick. The lifts were working and clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfy. The rooms were incredibly clean. It was nice having a mini fridge in the room to store our own food and drinks. We didn't use the coffee machine, but again it's nice to have that option. The towels in the bathroom were really soft. The toiletries provided were nice, although the hand soap was quite drying. The breakfast was delicious and they had a good variety of stuff, from fresh fruit to scrambled eggs. It was also cool getting a view of the stadium whilst eating. The location of the hotel is great because of all the shops, supermarkets and fast food places all within walking distance. We just got Ubers into town which wasn't very far away.

Location is very good. Staff and service is up to the mark. Breakfast had good veriety. Rooms were little smaller, though comfortable . Overall satisfied with the experience.

Extremely poor customer service. They did not make the room, and when I asked why, the lady tells me that because we did not ask. I told her, why didnt you tell us we had to ask, because this does not happen anywhere else in the world? Incredible! Furthermore, I asked for a change of room, because in the one they gave us it seems as if the train was running on top of it, and guess what the response was? In the same vein of extreme customer orientation, she said they could not give me a quieter room, that this is the quietest, which I know is BS!! Now I am also hearing the neighbour coughing, this is going to be a BLANK night in lovely Thon Ulleval - thank you for making it unforgettable

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Oslo. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were extremely welcoming and professional, always ready to assist me with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and has a warm, pleasant atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day perfectly. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and overall aura of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oslo — it’s the perfect combination of comfort, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
