The best hotel in this vacation! The room is small and very cosy, beautiful, with an interesting design and interior accents. We were given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, which we were grateful for. Special thanks for the fragrant soap and fragrant linen. Thanks to Danil, who advised us this hotel and thanks to all the Russian-speaking staff for their help during our stay. Thank you for the breakfasts, where there are fresh vegetables, such as cauliflower! And there were also welcome macaroons in the room, it was great!

We have been in Paris many times so we normally try to find hotels outside of the main touristic areas for better prices and this hotel didn´t disappoint. The hotel is small, but looks and feels modern, clean and new. Rooms of course are small like everywhere in Paris but still has enough room for large suitcases. The staff is very friendly. The best is that although the hotel is in a residential area of Paris in the 15th it is still walking distance to many of Paris attractions. Also it is very well connected with public transport with several stations nearby. The surroundings are lively and full of restaurants and cafes. For the price I think you get very good value for money and a very good experience for being a 3 stars hotel.

Location is good, just 15mins walking from Eiffel tower. Rooms are very well kept, but the rooms are small. The service is top notch. The men at the reception are very nice and warm. The Breakfast menu was lovely as well. Special mention to the girl serving breakfast. She almost alone manages the cooking, serving, refilling. Such a sweet girl with pleasant attitude. Brilliant.

We stayed here for our first trip to Paris and we would definitely stay again! The staff was spectacular - very kind and receptive and available 24/7. They made our stay wonderful. The hotel room was immaculate and was cleaned daily. There was also free water available. The hotel is designed beautifully, and the shower in particular had great water pressure. One of us stayed on a sofa bed which was comfortable. You can see the Eiffel Tower when you step outside, and the more residential location was close to many restaurants and perfect for us. It wasn't noisy at all and we were on the first floor. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience in this hotel. Our flight to Paris got delayed, so, at the end of all the new arrangements, we only got 2 hours of sleep and no food at all. When we arrived at Hotel Eiffel Saint Charles we were exhausted and way beyond the breakfast time range. Even so, the hotel staff offered us a breakfast and arranged a table. Due to all the tiredness and the lost time we got from the delayed flight, we went out to enjoy Paris as soon as possible, but, while coming back to the hotel, I forgot my cellphone in the uber. We didn't have an international chip, only internet, so we couldn't contact the driver, but the hotel gave us all the support nedeed to get it back. Therefore, I want to leave this part of the comment to thank the hotel staff attendant Sami, who helped me with everything. He was very helpful, even using his phone number to contact the driver and explaining to him in french. The rest of the staff (the receptionists, the cooker) were all really sweet too! This hotel was great and a key part for making Paris enjoyable to us!! I would 100% recommend.

I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Paris. Our experience was absolutely incredible from beginning to end, and I truly don’t have a single thing to complain about. Every single member of the staff was so kind, warm, and lovely — somehow each person was even sweeter than the next. Choosing this hotel truly made our trip to Paris even more special, and I honestly can’t imagine having stayed anywhere else. A special thank you for all the care and thoughtfulness you put into making our honeymoon so memorable. Walking into our beautifully decorated room, and finding that lovely handwritten card, meant so much to us. Those little details made us feel incredibly special and cared for. Thank you so much for your kindness, attention, and hospitality. You were such a beautiful part of our Paris experience, and I already can’t wait to come back. ❤️🇫🇷

Location: Excellent,15 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower, less than 5 minutes walk from plenty of restaurants, groceries, shopping, metro. and bus station right outside. Safety: area and neighborhood very safe for families, with plenty of shops and restaurants open late. Staff: welcoming, super friendly and helpful. Sami and Daniil were exceptionally helpful and amazing. They helped us so much and made us feel very welcome. Rooms: Very clean and have AC units, with windows to open if you don't want AC. Families with more than one child, room can be tight. Food options: hotel offers a lovely breakfast spread worth having, also plenty of food options nearby. We loved the hotel, and definitely would stay again.

I normally stay in the 5th or 6th when in Paris, but this time decided to venture to the west side of the city in the 15th. It is very different vibe- much quieter, more residential, no crowds. It is striking how a few minutes walk down Blvd de Grenelle from the Eifel Tower and the Champs de Mars and you are away from the madness of the tourists and the street vendors-how many sparkly Eifel Tower miniatures does mankind need? The hotel is a real find. Comfortable room, very clean and seems to be recently refitted with all new fixtures. Rare in Paris, it had AC that actually works with controls in your room. Almost too good. But when I was there it was needed! The most recent add to my list of A+ Paris hotels- a find for sure.
