I had an excellent stay at Grand Hôtel and was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely wonderful. The room I had originally booked was not available, but they handled the situation in such a professional and thoughtful way. They personally apologized, offered me a complimentary upgrade, and even surprised me with a lovely gift as a kind gesture, which I really appreciated. The entire reception team was amazing across all shifts, and the supervisor was especially helpful, welcoming, and professional. Everyone was attentive, kind, and made me feel very well taken care of throughout my stay. I also felt extremely safe during my stay. The hotel has a very high level of security and privacy, and I felt completely comfortable leaving my passport and money in the room safe without any concerns. The luggage storage service was also very secure, organized, and convenient. Overall, everything was excellent — the service, safety, privacy, hospitality, and the way the staff handled every detail. Even the situation with my room was managed in such a generous and elegant way that it actually made the experience even more memorable. My stay was truly wonderful, and the hotel became one of the highlights of my trip to Paris. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The location was absolutely perfect — beautiful, central, and within easy reach of everything.

We had a very good experience The location is amazing. Room was big the bed was very comfortable. The most amazing thing about this hotel are the staff!!!We felt like they are doing everything they can to make us happy. We will definitely come back.Thank you 🙏🏻😃

My stay at Grand Hotel Champs-Elysées was truly exceptional, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and very well taken care of. A special thank you goes to Lea at the reception, who was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. She made everything feel easy and comfortable from check-in onward. I would also like to sincerely thank Carlos, who looked after me during breakfast and at the bar. His service was excellent—always friendly, attentive, and professional. He made every interaction feel warm and personal, and it was truly appreciated. A very special mention goes to Aisha from housekeeping, who was outstanding. She took wonderful care of my room every day and paid attention to every detail, making sure I had everything I needed for my personal comfort—coffee, sugar, fresh towels, and anything else I might need. Her care, professionalism, and kindness made a real difference during my stay. The team at Grand Hotel Champs-Elysées made me feel genuinely cared for. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail created a wonderful experience, and I’m very grateful. Thank you, Lea, Carlos, and Aisha, for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to coming back.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! The location is perfect, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the service is outstanding. Every member of the staff was kind, especially Sahidi and Gina. Welcoming, and attentive. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you for making our stay in Paris so memorable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back!

From the moment we arrived, the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. The staff is genuinely human, kind and extremely attentive - they always went above and beyond to help us with everything, with a real smile on their faces. Thanks The location is especially perfect. Right in the heart of the Champs-Élysées area, everything is within walking distance, with great restaurants, shops and easy access to transport. As expected from a 5-star hotel, everything is impeccable: elegant rooms, delicious breakfast, very clean and comfortable. But what really makes the difference here is the people. It feels like a boutique hotel with a big heart. A special thank you to Gina, Juna, Lea, Shuhin and Haja for their wonderful care and attention throughout our stay. You made all the difference!

A very beautiful hotel with an excellent location on the Champs-Élysées. I really enjoyed the breakfast, from the warm welcome to the way it was presented. Everything was very clean and well organized. I would also like to especially thank Miss Hajar for her kindness and professionalism. She served me wonderfully and prepared the best latte I have ever had in my life. Many thanks to her!
