We booked this place but when we went there we found that it was like a tenement slum. The furniture was old and beat up, the drawers of the cupboards were delaminating and the person that let us in said- there’s the washing machine you can use if you can figure it out. The bathroom was terrible as well and the price of the place was ridiculous. We messaged the manager to say we did not want to stay or to give us an alternative. He said there were no refunds so you are out of luck. Fortunately we had booked through a responsible. Company who happily refunded all but $200. The response of the manager when he got the news was to tell us “we better be out of there immediately or I’ll call the police. |Avoid this place like the plague. Overpriced dump.

My sister and I stayed there for two nights. The location was definitely the best aspect of our stay, and I was aware from previous reviews that the rooms are quite small. However, we were disappointed by the cleanliness of our room. It felt like the floor hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the bathroom appeared to have been wiped down quickly, as there were stains everywhere. Additionally, the shower sink was blocked, and the water drained extremely slowly. Overall, the cleanliness could definitely use some improvement.

A very bad experience with this hotel, no air conditioning nor windows. They put a fan in the room that made my eyes itch, and if you wish to keep the fan on then the light will be on, if you want to switch the light off at night to sleep, the fan will be switched off as well. Very dirty bedsheets. I asked for my checkout to be 11:30 instead of 11:00 due to my driver will arrive this time, they rejected and said “you can wait in any nearby coffee shops” . Never staying there again and not recommending it to anyone.

Two Bedroom Unit: my rating of two stars is solely for the two bedroom unit that I stayed in for two nights. Basically it looks to be a studio apartment that they shoehorned in a small bedroom. Voilà it became a two bedroom. The bedroom is tiny and the curtains don’t cover the windows so light from the other room invaded the tiny room. Being from America, I don’t know if it’s usual for French bedrooms to have windows looking in on another bedroom. Even though it was April and the weather was low 50s at night the bedroom became hot when the door was closed. My recommendation is to not rent a two bedroom unit in this place. The location of the place is fantastic and safe. The building has a small elevator but it beats taking the stairs with luggage. Like others have stated expect the bathroom floor to get soaked when taking a shower as the small drain doesn’t get rid of water fast enough. I would stay here again but only in a one bedroom unit.

This was by far the worst place I've stayed in Paris. I should have known better when |we were not provided information on how to get into the building. When I called the number on the original email, they informed me that they send an email to Expedia (which I did not book through) and had to have them send me a new email with information to get into the hotel. When we got to the room, we turned the shower on and there was no hot water. We had the water running for at least 20 minutes and there was still no hot water. In addition to the lack of hot water, the water in the shower started leaked all over the bathroom floor soaking the towels. We contacted the hotel and got no response until the next day. In addition to the lack of hot water and leaking shower, the room was disgusting. The bed has multiple different kinds of hairs all over it and a large stain on one of the sides. There was something sticky on the floor, the bathroom accessories were dirty, the toilet seat didn’t match the toilet, and there was hair in the shower and on the washcloth in the bathroom. When the hotel finally responded to our complaints the next day, they switched to an automated response and did not address any of our concerns. Because of the condition of the room, we had to book another hotel in the area last minute. overall the worst place I've stayed in Paris with the worst customer service. Do NOT book this place.

Location cannot be beaten. 5 minutes from the Champs Elysses and Metro. Incredibly easy to access the apartment via keypad. The company was constantly in contact via email. Apartment very well equipped and warm. Loved it.

Worst experience! Would not recommend it to anyone. For what is supposed to be a high-end property, the service was absolutely unacceptable. Despite confirming cleaning services multiple times, no one came to clean the room for our entire stay. The sheets were never changed, trash bins left full, and the room smelled terrible. Towels and toilet paper were carelessly left in the kitchen, and the lack of basic hygiene made the stay unbearable. Customer service offered impractical solutions and showed no regard for guest comfort. This was a dirty, stressful, and completely disappointing experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
