Fantastic hotel in an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Eiffel Tower. The room was very clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed and high-quality bedding. The balcony was the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, and despite the central location, the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The bathroom amenities were of excellent quality, and the elegant interior made our stay truly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel! I would also like to give special recognition to the gentleman working the night shift at the reception. We arrived very late due to problems with our previous reservation, and he welcomed us with exceptional kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but I would like to thank him for his help and warm attitude. After such a stressful evening, he immediately made us feel welcome and well taken care of.

It was a last minute booking for our anniversary, it was a great location, staff were very helpful. They reply to emails quickly. The location of the hotel was great, it was a 10 mins walk to the Eiffel tower, theres carefour nearby and also public transport was really close it was 5 mins walk. Everyone was polite whenever you leave or enter the hotel. Our room was great, good for 2 people, we had a good view of the eiffel tower if you peak through out the window

We stayed here for one week and ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much. This hotel is absolutely amazing. We brought our children with us on a business trip and chose this hotel because of its convenient location, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Every day, our kids could simply walk outside for a few minutes and enjoy the many restaurants, cafés, and nearby activities. The hotel is also right next to the metro station, making it incredibly easy to get around without needing taxis or Uber. We had such a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our time here. A special thank you to Ares for the warm hospitality. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing you again soon!

Hotel Ares Eiffel is a beautiful property. We just stayed there for 2 nights. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, as was the owner who came out and greeted us when we arrived and gave us directions to the eiffel tower....and the location to that is amazing! Like 2-3 blocks from the top of the lawn and then a short walk from there. At check-out, they held our bags for a few hours and then called us a cab to the airport that arrived in 2 minutes. Highly recommend, this is the 4th hotel we stayed in on our Europe trip and was by far the nicest.

Amazing location within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, Monoprix, and brasseries. There is a decent cafe nearby called Merci Jérôme. Rooms were clean, and we appreciated the Clarins products and good shower pressure. However, our room was extremely cramped for 4 people, and I'd recommend checking this before booking. There was very limited room for suitcases, with only one luggage rack provided on request, and the 3 beds were practically up against the dressers. It would be a much better experience for a smaller number of guests with more room to move around. The room was also missing modern amenities like two keys, USB charging ports, and hair conditioner. Turn down service was nice the first night but was not provided the second night, nor was the room cleaned despite requesting it.

We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Arès Eiffel and would definitely recommend it. The team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish – so friendly, welcoming and helpful and nothing felt like too much trouble. We had asked before we arrived if our rooms could be close together and they made sure they were, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is lovely, clean and comfortable and the location is ideal. You’re so close to the Eiffel Tower, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby and really easy access to the Metro for getting around Paris. What really stood out for us though was the staff. Everyone we came across was genuinely lovely and made us feel so welcome. We had a brilliant stay and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the whole Hotel Arès Eiffel team!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly, helpful, and so kind. Even with our limited French we felt so welcome here. Every staff member we encountered was top notch. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and were all we could ask for. This was our 2nd time in Paris and the first time we stayed in a more touristy area, so this was a welcome change. We felt like we were part of a neighborhood here, while still being close to all the things you want to see in Paris. Breakfast was lovely and enjoyable, we even had the owner talk to us there about our stay and asked us if there was anything they could improve. We had nothing to offer! Thank you for making our stay in Paris everything we could ask for.
