A wonderful place to stay in Paris. The location is excellent, the hotel itself is charming and full of genuine Parisian atmosphere, while at the same time feeling fresh and beautifully renovated. My room was comfortable, spotless and very well appointed. What really stood out, however, was the service. Every single member of staff I encountered was professional, warm and genuinely attentive. When I unexpectedly needed some assistance during my stay, they went out of their way to help. I was very grateful. A hotel with character, comfort and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris. Highly recommended!

From the moment I arrived, Hotel Avre completely exceeded my expectations. This hotel is a true Parisian gem. Charming, elegant, and incredibly welcoming. Tucked away on a quiet street yet perfectly located near the Eiffel Tower and excellent metro connections, it offers both peace and convenience. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens felt luxurious, and everything from the lighting to the storage was perfectly arranged. You can truly feel the attention to detail. My room was calm and cozy, making it the perfect place to unwind after long days exploring Paris. The staff deserve special praise. Every person I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. They went out of their way to help with recommendations, directions, and anything I needed, always with a smile. Their hospitality made the stay feel personal and special, not just like another hotel visit. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with high quality ingredients and a lovely atmosphere. The peaceful garden courtyard is an added bonus, such a rare and relaxing touch in the heart of Paris. Hotel Avre feels intimate, refined, and authentic. It is the kind of place that makes you feel at home while still giving you a magical Parisian experience. I would return without hesitation and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a flawless stay in Paris. - Elizabeth Mena

Solid choice for the price I paid. Room was spacious and clean. If you are a very light sleeper, be aware it can be a little loud in the morning as the nature of the set up of the rooms. I was only here for one night, it was very convenient to the metro and easy to get where I needed to go.

Just got back from Paris and want to give a shoutout to our hotel, Hôtel de l’Avre We stayed without breakfast and it was awesome — every morning we grabbed coffee and a croissant from a different cute bakery nearby, just like real Parisians The best part was the location — a quiet local area, but the metro was just a three-minute walk away and everything was so close The room was cozy, super clean and fresh, had everything we needed And the staff was just amazing — everyone was so friendly and spoke great English, helped us with all our questions So if you want to experience Paris without the tourist crowds, this is hands down a perfect choice, we’ll definitely be back

A restful stay with thoughtful touches. The room was spotless, the bed supportive, and the blackout curtains actually worked. Water pressure was steady, towels were plush, and the in-room kettle was a welcome extra. I appreciated the quiet at night despite being close to major sights. Breakfast offered fresh fruit, eggs, and decent coffee. Staff handled requests promptly and with a friendly, professional tone. Public areas felt well maintained and secure. Overall, comfortable, reliable, and good value for a short city break.
