The NH Paris Opéra Faubourg sits on Rue La Fayette in the 9th arrondissement. A Beautiful First Experience in Paris 🇫🇷❤️ For my first time in Paris, this place was absolutely wonderful! My wife and I stayed in a small, quaint room with a balcony overlooking the intersection of a busy Parisian street—and honestly, that was one of the highlights of our stay. There was something absolutely beautiful about sitting there and taking in the sights and sounds of the city. The staff was incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel and our room were clean and comfortable. But what really made the experience unforgettable was waking up in the morning, opening the balcony door, feeling that crisp Parisian breeze across our faces, and watching the morning sun come pouring into the room. That is an experience we will never forget. I’ve traveled all over the world and have stayed at quite a few five-star hotels. While this may not have been a traditional five-star property, the staff made us feel as though we were staying in one. That says a lot! The breakfast was pretty average, but there was still a nice selection of items to get the day started—fresh fruit, ham, bacon, and more. And the location? PERFECT! There’s a little café directly across the street. Go get the cake! 😂 You’ll thank me later. There’s also a small market right next door. You HAVE to try the personal pizza! Seriously—you won’t regret it. LOL! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we’re already planning our next trip to Paris, and when we return, we plan on staying in the exact same room. Sometimes it’s not about how big or luxurious the hotel is. It’s about the experience, the people, the location, and the memories you make. Paris definitely gave us a memory we’ll cherish forever. 🇫🇷❤️🥂

Excellent location but horrifyingly bad service. Will never want to come back again +: 1) hotel honored GHA titanium membership benefits 2) near to multiple metro lines & attractions 3) we met 2 friendly staff, but this was the exception rather than norm -: 1) hard to get in & out of hotel with luggage: steep step, heavy manual door, no doorman & no offer to help. 2) little help - turned down for tax document printing. Printer spoilt - at night, I asked to help cancel a restaurant booking. Was turned down & told to return next morning to request again. I asked if he can relay the message to a colleague, but was told no. The concierge members don’t talk to each other? 3) malfunctioning room & poor follow up - bathroom door doesn’t close properly and is ajar when we sleep. - I told reception & they said they will send someone. - Issue was never fixed & no one ever gave an update Edit: No one replied 3 working days after I wrote to the email. I was charged 7 euros by hotel after I left, which disappeared after I wrote in to dispute. No communication abt the charge by the hotel & no reply to my query.

After spending 7 wonderful nights at NH Paris Opéra Faubourg, I can confidently say it was an excellent choice for a stay in Paris. The location is simply perfect. Most of the city's iconic landmarks, charming cafés, department stores, and beautiful neighborhoods are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to experience the very best of Paris. The staff is genuinely welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. We happened to visit during an exceptional heatwave, when Paris was reaching nearly 40°C, but thanks to the modern and efficient air conditioning system in the rooms, we could always return to a cool, comfortable space and enjoy truly restful nights. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay. The selection is extensive, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Even after seven mornings, I kept discovering new flavors and dishes to enjoy. At the beginning of our stay, I experienced a few minor issues related to housekeeping, but thanks to the professionalism and responsiveness of the reception team, everything was resolved immediately and with great care. A very special thank you goes to Aurélie, whose kindness, attention, and dedication made our stay even more memorable and truly unforgettable. Overall, NH Paris Opéra Faubourg combines an ideal location, excellent comfort, and outstanding hospitality. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Paris.

Magnificent hotel for price benefit. Rooms are a lit bit tiny but good enough for short stays. Reception lacks of good air conditioning. There are no bell boys. Our room has a balcony so the views are so great.

Had a very pleasant stay at NH Paris Opéra Faubourg, and for me, its biggest advantage is the location. It’s in a great part of Paris, close to Le Peletier and Cadet Metro stations, with Galeries Lafayette, Opéra, restaurants, cafés and shopping all easily accessible. We found it very convenient as a base for getting around the city. I also really liked the little touches in the hotel. There’s a complimentary refreshment station in the lobby with water, juice and little blue and white meringues, which were surprisingly good and something I kept going back for! After a long day of walking around Paris, it was always nice to come back and grab a cold drink or a little treat. The staff at reception were wonderful and very accommodating. They were always ready to help and even assisted us with restaurant reservations, including getting us a table at Bistrot Paul Bert. We really appreciated that level of service. The one thing I would seriously consider before booking is room size. We booked the 14 m² Standard Room, and for two people traveling with two large suitcases, it was simply too cramped. There was very little space to properly open and organize our luggage, and the bathroom and shower also felt extremely tight. Even by Paris standards, I found the room a bit claustrophobic after a few days. The hotel does have larger room categories, so if I were to stay here again, I would definitely book a bigger room. I think that would completely change the experience because everything else about our stay was very good. Overall, excellent location, genuinely helpful staff, nice atmosphere and thoughtful complimentary touches. I would happily return, but next time, definitely in a larger room.

Check in was a breeze and Mounir was very accommodating. He offered a nice lunch spot on Rue Cadet until check in. In the morning Lhamo in the dining room was especially friendly and went out of her way to get some fresh eggs for our son who has allergies to dairy and gluten. It’s those personal interactions that make a visit particularly nice.

I was in Milan on a business trip and stayed here for one night before flying back home from Paris. The room was a little small, but honestly, that was a minor issue compared with everything else. The front desk staff were very professional and incredibly attentive. Even though I sometimes struggled to express myself in English, they always understood what I needed and handled everything with great professionalism and courtesy. It was my first time in France, and the croissants at breakfast were amazing. I also really loved the view from the room. Despite facing the main street, the room was surprisingly quiet, and I could even see the tip of the Eiffel Tower in the distance.
