The stay here was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. The location, charm, comfort, helpful on site workers.....i highly reccommend!!!! Took my daughters here for 9days & we felt right at home. The pleather of information in the book on the dining room table was a fantastic resource. Would happily book again!!!!

Terrible experience here. First of all the photos that they advertise have filters applied to look better than they actually are. In reality, the room is much worse quality than it appears. The bathroom has no hand soap. The door to the bathroom is broken. There is only one room with a balcony and guess what, it's not available. The so called "city view" is a view of the building across the street. The hotel room looked more like a college dorm room. The staff here does not operate in good faith and will deny you a refund no matter what. Do not let them hold your passports either, other hotels simply need to check it to verify your identity. They scan your passports here to do who knows what. Steer clear, any 5 star reviews you see here are paid reviews. Not worthy of the 1 star review. Abysmal hotel ran by con artists.

Our stay became uncomfortable primarily because of the way our passports and personal information were handled upon arrival. During check-in, the gentleman assisting us took our passports and kept them for several hours. We were told that he needed to scan them and complete additional documentation, which would take some time. This was unusual and concerning to us, as we have stayed at other hotels and had never experienced our passports being retained for such an extended period. Naturally, we wanted to understand why our passports needed to be kept for so long and what was being done with our personal information. Our friend, who was translating for us, politely attempted to ask for clarification. Unfortunately, rather than providing a clear and reassuring explanation, the gentleman became defensive and aggressive toward our friend and ultimately asked them to leave the property. We were simply trying to understand the process and ensure that our passports and personal information were being handled securely. Given the way the situation was handled, we no longer felt comfortable staying at the property. It was disappointing that a simple request for clarification about the handling of our personal documents escalated to this point. The experience left us feeling uncomfortable and, ultimately, unable to continue our stay. We asked for our refund but they declined to give us one.

This hotel is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in reality its services are no better than a cheap guesthouse. The place is very small and poorly managed.Breakfast was extremely disappointing. For each item, only one or two portions were available. If you wanted more, you had to wait for the staff to bring it — if they decided to come at all. For example, the honey ran out. When I informed the staff, instead of refilling it, they simply removed the honey container and said they didn’t have any more. The next day, the same empty container was placed back on the table.Overall, this hotel does not meet even the basic expectations of a 4-star property. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Do not stay here! This hotel is nothing like the photos. The pictures online make it look attractive, clean, and well-maintained, but the reality was completely different. The moment I arrived, I was shocked by how misleading the advertising was. I immediately got bad vibes and didn’t want to stay. The guy that works in the front desk took our passports and told us to come back and get it which was sketchy. This was an extremely disappointing experience and absolutely not worth the money. If you’re booking because of the photos, think twice—you may be in for a very unpleasant surprise. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is a beautiful, and restful quiet gem. It's not perfect, just like a home is not, but the staff make your stay comfortable and ready to help with any questions, directions to sites or needs. There is a varied cuisine nearby and shopping. The Tour Eiffel is close. The river Seine also has a hop on and off boat that makes it easy to get at the heart of many popular tourist destinations. Do dress warmly for this in the winter. Ask the managers to check to see if any place is closed for work or the usual operating hours. After a long day enjoy the tranquility of the hotel. I find it helpful when I need to work, to stay and make shorter trips and no long nightly commutes when traffic is congested and taxi's cost the maximum. Enjoy your stay. I know I will every time!

⭐☆☆☆☆ **Very Disappointing Stay at Villa Mademoiselle** My stay at this hotel was far from satisfying. Although it’s listed as a 4-star hotel, the quality of service is closer to a 2-star level. Breakfast was served as a buffet, but there were only two or three pieces of each item available. Each guest had just one plate on the table, and if you needed a clean one, you had to ask the staff. The rooms are very small. The bed advertised as a *Queen bed* was actually closer to a large single bed. The bathroom door is a sliding one that doesn’t close completely, and there is no ventilation at all. Amenities such as towels and slippers were provided for only one person, even though we had booked a double room. Overall, this hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating and is not worth the price. I would recommend considering other options before booking here.

⭐️ Extremely Unprofessional & Unethical – Do NOT Trust This Hotel I had a confirmed reservation at Villa Eiffel Mademoiselle, booked two months in advance through Trip.com. When I arrived at the hotel in Paris, I was shockingly told that my reservation had been cancelled because the hotel was “sold out”. After further investigation, it became clear that the hotel had knowingly cancelled my reservation to resell the room at a higher price to another guest, and then tried to shift the blame onto Trip.com. This is completely unethical and unacceptable behavior. Thankfully, Trip.com handled the situation professionally and immediately found me an alternative hotel, and they clearly confirmed that this cancellation was the hotel’s fault, not the booking platform’s. Being left without accommodation upon arrival in a foreign city is extremely stressful and could have completely ruined my trip. A hotel that treats confirmed reservations this way cannot be trusted. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this hotel. If they can cancel a confirmed booking just to make more money, they can do it to you too.
