A nice boutique hotel in a quieter residential neighborhood. Rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast which was included in our rate was filling and there were plenty of options. It was a self serve buffet but the staff served coffee or tea upon request. Luciana in the breakfast room was delightful and always carried a smile. I'd recommend this hotel to someone looking to stay in a neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle but still be accessible to the main tourist sights, which was our goal as we arrived the same day as a large planned protest.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Wallace. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. A lovely bonus was being able to catch a glimpse of the top of the Eiffel Tower from my room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even allowed me to check in early since my room was ready before the official check-in time. It made my stay even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again!

This is a small hotel with small rooms, good value for the location. Service was ok. Every time we went to the roof top bar, we had to wait, sometimes up to 40 minutes for someone to show up, even after we placed an order. There is a peekaboo view of the Eiffel Tower from the bar, which is fun. Front desk was helpful, rooms were clean. Only real complaint about the room was the bathroom light shone into the bedroom space, so avoiding waking up partner was impossible.

This is a lovely hotel in a nice quiet neighborhood. For travelers from the USA be aware the rooms are small, as is normal for Europe. I stayed twice while in Paris during my 2 week trip to France, 3 nights at the beginning of my trip and 3 nights at the end. The two rooms I stayed in were comfortable and well appointed. The first 3 days were during the peak of the heat wave in Paris, the AC worked wonderfully. The last 3 days the weather was perfect and I was able to open the window for fresh are. The location is convient to many metro stations and restaurants. It was easy to navigate and safe and often walked to main paris points of interest. The roof deck was lovely to sit in and relax, and even watch the top of the eiffle tower as it sparkled at night. Breakfast was great with lots of options and delicious pastries. Also, available for many hours. Which is great if you are an early riser or a late sleeper. The staff were kind and helpful, and spoke many languages. My only complaint is I could never figure out when and which bar was open. Most days I was out in the morning, back to rest midday and back out again in the afternoon. To return at night to shower and sleep. I would most definitely stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for my family of 4 with two 18yo boys! We booked a family room with 2 separate bedrooms, each with own bathroom and queen sized bed. It was so quiet! A 5-10 minute walk to the Metro every day, and 15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower, Rue Cler, and Seine River cruise. Included breakfast every morning, strong WiFi signal, and a lovely rooftop terrace and super helpful staff throughout our 5 night stay. Other visitors included business travelers and French families. A hidden gem for sure. Merci for a wonderful trip to Paris!

Absolutely. I’d make Ignacio’s help feel like a natural part of the review rather than just tacking his name on at the end: ★★★★★ We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Wallace. Everything was easy from check in to check out, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Ignacio at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and made our stay simple and stress free. The location is one of the best parts. It’s close to the Eiffel Tower, which made it amazing to visit both during the day and at night when it’s beautifully lit up. The hotel is also right next to a Metro station, making it incredibly easy to get around Paris and visit all the major sights. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was a great home base for exploring the city. If you’re looking for a convenient location, great service, and an easy Paris experience, I’d absolutely recommend Hotel Wallace. We’d happily stay here again!

I had a great stay here. The hotel is beautiful, and the room was much more spacious than I expected. There was plenty of space to fully open a 29-inch suitcase, which was very convenient. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel without any issues. Everything was kept safe and nothing went missing. The staff were lovely and helpful. However, there was a small mistake with the tax calculation, which took a little extra time to sort out. Overall, it was still a very pleasant stay.

The Wallace is a surprising gem in a fun and accessible area. The service and friendliness of staff was fabulous! The rooms and hotel are very clean and welcoming. Each morning was a delight to have Lucia’s bright smile to greet us for breakfast. The food was plentiful, very fresh and delicious. 10 stars from me! Thank you Wallace Hotel!!
