The ceiling are very low and no sound prof. Very noisy havnt slept a wink, other guess stamping and dragging furnitures, l reported to Charles who was very helpful to try and stop the noise. I had one night good sleep out of three. The lift starts from the first floor leaving us to take suitcases from ground floor up to first spiral stairs case. Its more like a 2 star 🌟 hotel. Not much out door facilities and I certainly couldn't see the Eiffel Tower from Hotel as stated. The double room very tight squeeze and not much room for two. It can accommodate one person only. The bed was quite comfortable tho. Charles was very kind and friendly. Other staff has a face on all the time. They offer free coffee which was nice.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! Everything was perfect, from the comfortable room to the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to Charles, who was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible (Thanks for making this night even more special! 😉) We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to come back again! Merci 💕

We were lucky to get the handicap room, being that I am disable Veteran, and it was really big, and on the first floor, but really old. The bathroom was large but that's because it is made for someone with a wheel chair. They serve breakfast which was included with the room and it was very nice and clean little restaurant. We were there during the soccer games, which can be crazy. There was also a Subways restaurant on the other side of this hotel. The people are very nice and very professional. I knew that in France, just like in Spain, they don't have lift (Elevators) in every hotel. Some are so old, that you have to go up 10 flights of stair with luggage to your room. This hotel was not like that, but you did have to go up one flight of stairs when you get off the lift. Lucky the handicap room is on the first floor, so no steps. Reasonable price and good location.

We stayed here 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. The location is great. Nice neighborhood and near the Metro station. Also a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Charles/Carlos, at the front desk was superb. He was friendly, helpful and always had a great attitude. He made us feel very welcomed. I practiced my French with him and made me feel comfortable. The breakfast was simple and delicious.

I had a pleasant stay at Splendid Hotel Paris. The hotel offers a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city, with a welcoming and well-maintained atmosphere that made the stay enjoyable.A special commendation to Claudia and Daniel for their excellent service. Both were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, going out of their way to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out and made the experience even more memorable.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. The location was excellent—within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, close to the metro, and easy to get around Paris. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Paris.

Great location, the breakfast has a big variety and quite delicious (the only negative is that there were ants in the part where the food was. The ants didn't touch the food though. This happened during our whole stay). The room was very comfortable, we slept very good. The shower is quite small and uncomfortable to use due to its size but it is understandable. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.

A truly "splendid" time at Hotel Splendid. Really fantastic and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options including eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, etc. Very central location with the Metro steps away, a modern laundromat across the street, tons of bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping in the neighborhood. Eiffel tower about 15 minutes away where you can catch a hop-on/hop-off bus or just wander the gardens. Would absolutely return and stay again. Highly recommended. Staff made our honeymoon stay extra special with a handwritten note and some snacks. A small gesture that made a big impact on us. A few accessibility notes: rooms are mostly stair-access (even the lift is halfway up a flight of stairs) and the shower in our room was extremely small. Not an issue for us but just a note for the curious. There is an accessible room on the ground floor so if you have accessibility requirements, call the hotel to confirm accessible access availability.
