We loved our stay here! Everyone was amazing especially Rambo, Chenda, and Sovannara. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The views here are spectacular and location was convenient to everything. The sky bar is incredible with musical entertainment. We even did laundry for free! There are so many more they offer. We will definitely be back!

That's is a one of a kind place. I stayed at the executive suite. Loved it a lot. The staff is attentive. Kind and quick to help. The rooftop bar and pool is amazing. The room is spacious and clean. Many things close by. Mall. Supermarket. The area is quiet compared to the very center. Not as much light pollution. I slept very well. Thank you

I extended my stay for one additional night, and my tour agency had already informed the hotel by email in advance. Unfortunately, the front desk staff did not appear to pay attention to the information provided, which caused inconvenience during the check-in process and key card arrangement. I believe the front office team should communicate more effectively and pay closer attention to guest requests and booking details. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcomed and valued, and in this case, the service did not meet my expectations. I hope the hotel management will provide additional training to the front desk team to improve customer service, communication, and attention to detail for future guests.

Top of the line Hotel Super service staff. Special call out to the bartender Bunthai at the Sky Lounge. have my dinner and drinks there and his service is super. knowledgeable bartender that communicates well in english. Father asked for a custom drink and he managed to mix it and my Dad was so satisfied with the drink. I have tried 4 of his specials cocktails and was v good. am looking forward to try to other 5. made great conversation. caring staff who always ask if we liked the food and drinks. prompt thoughtful service, always refilling my dads chip bowl (he loves the complimentary chips at the bar, is a must try, i think its arrowroot) and lowering the aircon etc for him.

Pleasant stay with very welcoming and friendly staff. The breakfast was a little limited but fine for the price. The Aurora sky bar is a nice spot, though the food is average. You can find better and cheaper meals a short walk away. Overall, a positive experience for the value.

This hotel is a bit dishonest. Let me explain: I booked a room here before I left Siem Reap in a car for Phnom Penh at 6 am. Several hours later I received an email from management that there is a $100 deposit. However, there's NO mention of that on the Agoda booking platform. What ensued is aggravating. It took over 3 hours with bad 4G in the Cambodian countryside in the car convincing Agoda to "do something" about the discrepancy. Finally, they “negotiated” a refund. But it took hours of back-and-forth argument, wasted time and stress. Simply put, Agoda agreed that the hotel should not ask for a large deposit unless they tell you before you book. Of course! It’s common business sense. The worst part is the hotel manager contacted me later and defended the policy for several illogical reasons, claiming that it was part of their check in procedure. They also claimed they sent me an auto message after I booked and sometimes guests miss it. More stupidity, the word here is “AFTER”… I've attached a screenshot to show how maddening it was. LESSON: LET THE BUYER BEWARE.

Overall, a very good hotel with room for improvement. I’ve stayed here several times and enjoy the comfortable rooms and, most of the time, the good value. A few areas need attention: *There are only two elevators that service guests, which is already slow and inconvenient; at night, only one is usually in operation, making it even worse. * Most staff are friendly, but some managers come across as insincere, apathetic, and arrogant. * Parking issues weren’t communicated well—we were simply told to wait. * Breakfast wasn’t ready on time, and empty items were slow to be refilled. *And the key card system… I’ll just leave it at that. Despite these issues, I’d still recommend this hotel for a stay in Phnom Penh. I just hope management addresses these areas—especially when you advertise yourselves as “Luxcity.” 😎
