We spent a total of six nights here between Saturday 14 February 2026 and Friday 20 February. We would like to appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the warm service that we experienced. We also appreciate the efforts towards sustainability. The room sizes and design are narrow and hence may feel congested for some. The balcony was a breath of fresh air.

Extremely Noisy Location – Not Recommended for Light Sleepers Unfortunately, the hotel is located right next to a major railway intersection with several roads, making it extremely noisy throughout the day and night. The train horns are consistently loud and disruptive, starting as early as 5am and continuing until as late as 11pm. Getting a peaceful night's sleep or even resting comfortably during the day can be difficult due to the constant noise. If you are a light sleeper or easily disturbed by loud sounds, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere. It is a real pity, as the constant train noise significantly affects the overall guest experience. If peace and quiet are important to you, this hotel is best avoided.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the view was absolutely amazing. Nivat was very friendly and always willing to help. Whenever I had a problem, he helped me find a solution and even assisted me in arranging transportation. One funny incident happened when my pants blew onto the balcony of the room next door, and he kindly helped me retrieve them. His helpful attitude and sense of humor made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Nivat, for the excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I had a rather unpleasant experience during my stay. While I was showering, the water did not drain properly, and before I realized it, the bathroom floor was flooded, with water extending all the way to the front door. This suggests that the maintenance may not have been adequately performed. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, but unfortunately, they only offered an apology without providing a resolution. I am unlikely to choose this hotel for future stays.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the General Manager, Mr. Kevin How, and his wonderful team for making my stay such a pleasant and memorable one. A special thank you to Mr. Kevin How for kindly arranging my late check-out request, which was greatly appreciated and made my travel plans much more convenient. Throughout my stay, the warm hospitality, attentive service, and genuine care shown by the entire team made me feel truly welcomed and comfortable. Thank you once again to Mr. Kevin How and his team for the exceptional hospitality. I look forward to returning for another enjoyable stay in the future.

The room it is really small like in the jail, the breakfast very low things to choose, only the bakery was really good. The area is new arround but nothing to do, so not recommended.

The room is clean and luxurious with modern amenities . The city view was awesome. The breakfast was amazing. Simple grill bacon and grill tomato. The chef knows how to cook these simple food . The coffee was great too .

Location - downstairs have an convenience stall. Beside have a K mart convenience stall which attracted a lot of people. And nearby have a coffee joint.Room - My room do not have a desk for working. Bed and pillow is really nice.I feel that security is good.
