The space itself is beautifully designed, balancing an elegant, cosmopolitan energy with a surprisingly calm and grounding atmosphere. The panoramic views over Phnom Penh are remarkable, providing a perfect backdrop for either lively conversation or quiet reflection. Both the food and the drinks reflect a genuine commitment to quality. The menu is thoughtfully executed, and the cocktails are meticulously crafted rather than just assembled. However, what truly grounds the experience is the service. The staff possess a quiet, intuitive attentiveness—they are genuinely warm and helpful without ever feeling intrusive. It is an impeccably run establishment that understands not just how to serve, but how to curate a deeply welcoming and memorable environment. Highly recommended for an evening out.

Tripadvisor· a month agoI’ve just returned from a weekend girls’ getaway at Rosewood Phnom Penh, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. It’s the perfect destination for friends from Hong Kong and Singapore to meet for a relaxing escape. From the moment we landed, everything felt seamless. The new airport is fantastic, and we were whisked away by the Rosewood team in their comfortable Jaguars, setting the tone for a truly luxurious weekend. After settling in, we indulged in facials and massages before enjoying dinner at Iza, the hotel’s Japanese restaurant. The seafood was incredibly fresh, the wine selection was excellent, and it was the perfect way to start our stay. Breakfast each morning was outstanding. The variety was insane, with an extensive buffet complemented by a delicious à la carte menu. Whether you wanted something healthy, indulgent, or both, it was all there. After a leisurely morning, the hotel arranged a tuk-tuk tour of the city, followed by lunch at a local restaurant. It was a wonderful way to experience Phnom Penh beyond the hotel.|The afternoon brought us back to the spa, where we happily took advantage of a special offer to extend our 90-minute massages to 120 minutes. Absolute bliss. As the sun began to set, we headed to Sora rooftop bar for cocktails and spectacular views across the city before enjoying an unforgettable chef’s table experience at CUT. Every dish was beautifully prepared, and the evening was a true highlight of the trip. On Sunday, we squeezed in a swim and, naturally, one final massage before heading to the airport. What made the weekend so special was not only the stunning property, exceptional food and beautiful spa, but also the genuine warmth and hospitality of everyone we met. The team made us feel incredibly welcome from start to finish.|The only question we were left with was when can we come back? ❤️

The food was excellent, but what truly stood out were the thoughtful little touches throughout our stay. From the details thoughtfully arranged in our room to the way the staff anticipated our needs, we genuinely felt cared for and appreciated. A beautiful property with outstanding service and a truly memorable experience. We would absolutely love to return.

Google· 6 months agoI had a fantastic stay at Rosewood Phnom Penh—easily one of the best luxury hotels in the city. The hotel is located high up in the city, and the panoramic views over Phnom Penh and the Mekong River are absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows, very comfortable beds, and luxurious bathrooms. Service was exceptional throughout my stay—staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. Everything felt smooth and well-managed from check-in to check-out. The food and drinks were another highlight. The rooftop bar (Sora) offers incredible views and a great atmosphere, while the restaurants serve high-quality dishes with a refined touch. The facilities are equally impressive, especially the indoor pool and spa, which are perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. It is definitely a premium experience and priced accordingly, but if you’re looking for comfort, views, and top-tier service, it’s absolutely worth it.

The rooms are incredibly luxurious, spacious, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views over the city. Every detail reflects the high standard of the hotel. Combined with the outstanding service and elegant atmosphere, it made both work and relaxation a pleasure. I highly recommend Rosewood Phnom Penh to anyone looking for a truly premium stay.

Everything was just right from the room furnishings, decor (blending art and craft with the hotel’s ambience) and service. At times, I just had no interest to explore the city except to stay and luxuriate by the hotel. Service was attentive, prompt and patient with the housekeeping and f&b side. Breakfast served a wide variety of dishes. The Chinese restaurant was great. I thought the Japanese one could have been better. Swimming pool was divine. Gym is well equipped. Location wise - don’t seem to have that many shopping malls and restaurants around. Well, cannot wait to try the other rosewoods in other cities now.
