Amazing stay! The rooms were beautiful, the staff was exceptional, and the buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious. The accommodations were outstanding, offering great comfort and value. Although slightly far from downtown, Uber made transportation easy and affordable. Highly recommended!

The Crowne Plaza Porto was a fantastic place to stay and definitely felt like a five-star experience. The hotel is beautiful and has all the amenities you could want after a full day exploring Porto. Our room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with a big, cozy bed that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and modern, and I especially appreciated the updated shower. I also really enjoyed the hotel’s main restaurant and bar. It was so convenient to have a great place for a meal or drink without needing to leave the hotel, and the atmosphere added to the upscale feel of the property. The location was another plus close to so much even a close grocery store within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent..dinner in their restaurant was delicious, drinks at the bar were fantastic. Overall a great place to call it a night in Porto. I would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely hotel, lovely customer service at checkin and staff around the hotel friendly. Room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was also spacious. I didn't feel breakfast is value for money, but that's the same for most hotels.

We stayed as a family to celebrate a milestone birthday. We opted for the premium rooms which were located on the top floor. Rooms were spacious and quiet with good views of the city. Breakfast was a buffet style with lots of choice. A bonus was the club lounge access which we used daily for meeting up. Here we could all sit and chat with a drink and plan our day. Overall well worth the extra cost. Location is a little far from the main tourist areas so an uber is needed but these are cheap and quick to arrive.

We had a very pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Porto. The hotel is comfortable, clean and well maintained, with spacious rooms and a very good breakfast. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient, although the hotel is a bit pricey for what it offers. Overall, a very good experience and a hotel I would recommend for both business and leisure stays.

We stayed at the Crown Plaza Oporto for five nights in September. We cannot fault it in any way. Every member of staff was professional, friendly, helpful, and all were happy to converse in English. The rooms were spacious, well kept and kept clean. The range of breakfast choices were plentiful. The Samos restaurant in the evenings had a full range of food to cover a range of tastes and local wine was a reasonable price.All in all great value for money. Highly recommended and thoroughly deserves its five star rating.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a pleasant and calm area of the city surrounded by good shops and a big supermarket. It is easily connected to the main attractions and beaches with good and efficient public transport links. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The property is modern and very well designed and decorated. The rooms are light, airy, comfortable and well furnished. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of very good quality food. We also enjoyed eating dinner in the restaurant where we found the service and food to be excellent. The room service we ordered was tasty, efficient and good value. It was like staying in an excellent resort but in the city and helped us have a very comfortable and relaxing stay in Oporto.

The hotel is attractive and has very comfortable beds. However, the customer service could be improved. The air conditioning was poor and there was a little focus on customer service and satisfaction. Although there were no negative personal interactions, it was a pretty cold experience. I have had much more friendly interactions with budget hotel staff than this property.
