Very nice attitude to guests. They brought us such a nice set of cosmetics for our child, and they also congratulated us on our birthday with a cake and sparkling wine. The breakfasts here are delicious and the staff is friendly. The standard rooms may not be a little bit perfectly new, but I noticed the quality of cleaning. Very clean.

Me and my wife stayed in the vincci on our motorcycle tour, we had a fantastic time. The staff were all extremely pleasant, professional, polite. And they took time to talk to you even if they were busy.. the food was great the rooms were comfy, clean . ... it may not be in the centre of town but don't let that put you off , it's only a wonderful tram ride away or a lovely 30 min walk along the river to the centre of town .. 😀.

It very good hotel in a more quiet location on the west of the center which require a little bit of time to go to the center but it is near a beautiful park. The breakfast was also great and generous

Overall, it was great! The breakfast buffet was the same pretty much every day. A widespread but didn’t eat most of them. The location is great. Staff are all very helpful. Bus and tram stops right outside the hotel. There is also a grocery story nearly call Continente. I went there everyday to get fruits and a 500 ml bottle of fresh squeeze orange juice for only euro 2.75. Porto is a great city with lots of hills so if you can’t climb, use bolt. They are very affordable. We make use of the buses some but you will need to get an andante card from the metro station or from a spar convenient store. The machine will not take large bills either, so have some coins. We find ourselves down at Sao Bento station a lot. If you want to shop, the best place to shop is viaCatarina street.

Fabulous and quirky hotel. Really inviting rooms, spacious and air conditioned. Hotel staff were all so lovely but a special mention to Linda (I hope that's correct). She was one of the breakfast staff in the hotel who went above and beyond to make my daughters 25th birthday special. She arranged a bottle of fizz and a brownie cake with a candle for her. Everyone was lovely and wished her a happy birthday. Such happy staff - well done 👏

Lovely hotel, great views of the river from the rooftop bar. The room was very nicely furnished and spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive. We felt very well looked after during our stay.

Excellent location right in front of the river, with beautiful views. The historic center is only about a 20-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. If you prefer not to walk, an Uber ride costs less than €5. Overall, a convenient location with easy access to all the main attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at Vincci Porto that exceeded our expectations. After mentioning that we were celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary, my husband’s birthday, and our first trip to Portugal, the hotel surprised us with a thoughtful room upgrade and several celebratory touches that made our stay feel truly special. The hotel has a contemporary design with well-appointed rooms and was impeccably clean throughout. The breakfast selection was amazing and we also enjoyed a delicious dinner. The location was ideal - close to Porto’s historic attractions while allowing us to enjoy the beauty and quiet of the Douro River, away from the busiest crowds. The staff were welcoming and professional throughout our stay. We would highly recommend Vincci Porto to anyone visiting Porto.
