Tripadvisor· 2 months agoThis hotel is excellent with very spacious rooms. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities like a mini bar, fridge, and a safe. The customer service fight from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant and cleaning staff were exceptional. The hotel staff were very friendly, courteous, and always smiling. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the Puno plaza which had a lot of restaurants and shops. Overall, it was a memorable and wonderful experience!!

Google· 3 months agoThe hotel is a good choice for a stay in Puno. The location is excellent, close to the city center, and the breakfast was very good. Our room was clean and equipped with everything we needed, although it was not very well soundproofed. We had originally booked two nights but unfortunately had to cancel one night because we experienced altitude sickness during our Colca Canyon trek. We asked whether a full or partial refund could be considered, but our request was declined. We completely understand the hotel's cancellation policy; however, given the circumstances, a more flexible approach would have been appreciated.

Tripadvisor· 2 months agoA very comfortable place, just a block away from the main square and super nice and friendly staff members. The breakfast was somewhat basic but nice. Room was kind of smaller than expected, but was fine for a night´s stay. I do recommend them, especially for the hospitality of their staff members.

Trip.com· a year agoLocated in central Puno near the old cathedral square so whatever tours you book there’s zero chance they don’t know where to pick u up. The little frustration (as in a lot of Latin American old towns) is that not every street in the old town is drivable. So say you booked a trip there’s a good chance you will walk two three blocks to jump on a bus but your tour guide will sort it outWhen people go Puno u usually either stay in the city or further out to be on a floating island. In my case I chose convenience over experienceThe hotel is generally clean. Breakfast is “alright” not pampered for choice but sufficient variety stillOtherwise pretty no frills hotel. By the way they don’t give out free water here apart from your daily allocation of two bottles just buy from outsideI wasn’t entirely sure the price is worth it I’ll never know I paid usd160 for two nights. Could have gone cheaper I suppose because it’s no more than a three star hotel experience wise either

Tripadvisor· 4 months agoWe spent 2 nights at the hotel. The location is perfect, just a block away from the main square and the staff were very kind and attentive. The breakfast was a bit letdown as they did not have much options. During the check-in they gave us a cookie which was very nice, the minibar in the room has complimentary beverages. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Tripadvisor· 2 months agoThe staff of the hotel are very proffesional and friendly, especially Diana in the front desk. The location, the atmosphere, and service were great. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was varied and good, and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly too. My husband and me really enjoyed it.

Tripadvisor· 4 months agoI highly recommend this hotel, which was one of the best during my Peru trip. The location is very convenient to the city center, and the room was very clean. The price was very reasonable. Most important to us, the staff was very friendly and helpful. One night I was not feeling well due to altitude and having a cold, and a staff member came to our room after midnight to provide oxygen to me, which I greatly appreciated!

Tripadvisor· 4 months agoWe stayed 2 nights at the Terra Viva in Puno. The hotel is centrally located on a quiet street within a blocks of the Central Square and the main shopping street The rooms and beds are very clean and comfortable. . Breakfasts was delirious. As our tour operator unexpectedly moved the pickup time to 5:20, They made us a breakfast to go. Diana, Sheiver, Fredy and the rest of the staff were always friendly and helpful.
