I had an exceptional experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was pristine and beautifully decorated, offering a serene and comfortable atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, adding to the overall luxury of my stay. I particularly enjoyed the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant and the stunning views from my room. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return for another stay in the future!

We were already beyond impressed with the incredible professionalism and friendliness of hotel staff, when the following happened and blew our minds.. We left a shopping bag under a table in a busy restaurant in town, and left on our flight. A member of the hotel staff went to great lengths to retrieve the package from town, then went above and beyond to arrange delivery back to our hometown in Australia. Next level service. Thank you Marcos and Joseph.

This is a very nice centrally located small hotel, with large rooms and a very good restaurant. The welcome was warm and genuine and the staff were friendly however most of the staff were new and were not fully aware of how the hotel runs. There were a few annoying features that I would not expect in a luxury hotel in this price range- eg the door of our apartment was difficult to close and the key was difficult to turn in the lock. There is no bath tub and there is nowhere to place or hang clothes, in the bathroom. The lounge in the apartment was more like a day-bed and was not comfortable to sit on. |Our apartment was opposite a bar/club, which was noisy until 3.30am on Fri and Sat night, however we found that withe double glazing on windows and two layers of blinds /curtains, and the earplugs which the hotel provided, the noise did not keep us awake. |The food in the restaurant was wonderful. The restaurant is cosy and quiet and the service was professional (though the staff were new and did not know what was expected). |Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, but there some annoying factors.

The Spire is a lovely hotel right in the middle of the action in Queenstown. Our experience here really is a story in two parts. First, though, I must say that everyone working at the Spire was incredible and accommodating. They did their best to anticipate and address all of our needs, and were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming the entire stay. Our first two nights were spent in a Spire Suite, which was an upgrade offered to use because we were concerned about the sound in the Laneway Suite we had booked. The Spire Suite was perfectly lush. Gorgeous room, and a little haven we hardly wanted to leave. This room is truly worthy of 5 stars. Unfortunately the Spire Suite wasn’t available for our second two nights, so we opted to pay (a good chunk) for the Deluxe Apartment rather than take a Laneway Suite. This is where the experience changed. Despite the Apartment being (I believe) priced quite a bit higher than a Suite, it wasn’t nearly as nice of an experience. Yes, you have a full kitchen, but you don’t get the space of the Spire Suite. It had one tiny closet and no drawers or shelves to unpack clothing. The bathroom is also a significant downgrade, with a single sink and no tub. There’s no power sockets on one side of the bed (without removing the heater from the wall). The one upside was the partial view of the lake and mountains. But the most challenging part is that the Deluxe Apartment faced the very strip club and bar we were trying to avoid in the first place. I have to imagine that someone from the hotel attends every Queenstown Council meeting to try to get the club shut down and the bar to tone it own, because they really aren’t befitting clsoe neighbours of a 5-star hotel. It’s slightly baffling because the Spire seems to own every other establishment in the vicinity apart from these. So the next two nights were as restless as we feared – the strip club is open until 4am on weekends, and even with white noise blaring from our phones, it made it tough to get quality sleep. I know there’s very little the hotel can do about this, apart from accommodating moves to the other side of the building when possible, as they did for us on the first two nights. I just think it’s only fair to know that, if you’re sensitive to noise while sleeping, you may have a very different experience at the Spire depending on the room you book.

We stayed at The Spire Hotel for 7 nights , the staff were so friendly and professional nothing was a problem. We stayed on the Top floor suite no 7 and it was absolutely amazing 🤩. The suite was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast at the Spire every morning and the food in the restaurant was unbelievable! I would certainly recommend this Hotel 5 Star ⭐️ all the way 🙏

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Rooms which are truly comfortable, functional and attractive. The free mini bar and the turndown service is a lovely touch. Breakfast at The Grille each morning was delicious. What sets this hotel apart is the wonderful staff. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and a birthday during our four night stay and the staff went out of their way to make it special. The last couple of years have been tough for us and the warm and friendly team at this hotel made our stay memorable.and enjoyable. Thank you! 🙏

Great intimate spot in Queenstown. It's close enough to all the fun but far enough from all the noice MINUS one place. Our apartment was literally right across the walkway from a strip club. lol. There was some fun screaming from a bachelorette party early in the night. And some interesting folks coming in and out but nothing that would stop me from staying there again. We stayed in the apartment. It was FANTASTIC. Lots of room. The staff is GREAT. The parking situation in Queenstown sucks. But they'll valet for $$. The restaurant was great, too.
